The aim of this research is to find drug combination model for the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension,by investigating the clinical efficacy and safety of taking a combination of hypoglycemic, antihypertensive drugs, mecobalamin and folic acid.160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension was recruited from our hospital for the research before October.1.2015.The patients were completely informed, voluntary and withstood drug treatment. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group, each group of 80 cases). Two groups of patients were treated with hypoglycemic and antihypertensive drugs with their standard doses:0.75mg/d metfonnin,25-50mg Kato Pury and Tid.In addition, the experimental group was given 0.5mg mecobalamin,80mg folic acid and QD,and QD,while control group was given placebo only. After 1 year of continuous treatment, parameters such as glucose-lowering effectiveness, antihypertensive effectiveness, improvement of biochemical parameters, incidence of complications and adverse reactions were measured to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the drug combination.Results:1,Statistics and comparison in the treatment of diabetes curative effect between two groups:the improvement rate showed no difference between two groups(P>0.05),while the experimental group was of significant efficiency and the total effective rate was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2,Statistics and comparison in the treatment of diabetes?curative effect between two groups:the improvement rate, significant efficiency and total effective rate were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3,Statistics and comparison in the biochemical indexes of the two groups:All biochemical indexes in the two groups were improved after treatment.FBG,LDL,TG,Cr,Pr in urine decreased significantly in the experimental group after treatment, and the difference was significance when compared with the indexes before treatment(P<0.05);All indexes of control group decreased after treatment and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment, all the indexes between two groups were different, and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).4,Comparison in complication:The incidence of coronary heart disease, retinopathy, abnormal renal function and peripheral neuropathy were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<<0.05).The incidence of stroke in two groups showed no difference(P>0.05).5,Statistics and comparison in adverse drug reaction:No serious adverse drug reactions were observed both in two groups. Two patients from each group showed some adverse reactions like nausea, vomiting and edema of lower extremity. The reactions were relieved quickly after drug reduction or withdrew, and then the treatment continued. Conclusion:Thecombinationof Hypoglycemic, antihypertensive drugs and Folic Acid has an affirmative clinical efficacy in the treatment oftype 2 diabetes with hypertension. It can improve the curative effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the biochemical indicators of patients and cause less adverse reactions. Therefore,it can be applied as a model for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension.
