ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical value of Transcatheter aspiration in company with ultrasound microbubble contrast enhanced agent(CEUS)for acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT),through compare the curative effect of the patients with acute LEDVT treatd by Transcatheter aspiration in company with ultrasound microbubble contrast agent and Transcatheter aspiration respectively.MethodsFifty patients with LEDVT was collected who were of the minimally invasive interventional department of our hospital, they were randomized into the therapy group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).The control group received Transcatheter aspiration treatment, the therapy group accepted Transcatheter aspiration treatment in company with CEUS.The index of clinical effect including the circumference differences of knee-joint's above and below 15cm of healthy and affected limbs, the rate of thrombus clearance and Villalta score.ResultsBefore treatment, the basic information of the patients in 2 groups were compared, they were no statistically significant(P>0.05).The circumference differences of knee-joint' s above and below 15cm of healthy and affected limbs were changed before treatment,3days after treatment and 7days after treatment, the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).The grade differences of thrombus clearance of the patients in the 2 goups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of follow-up 4 weeks,12 weeks after discharge in patients with different degree of PTS of the 2 groups showed that Villalta score had no statistical significance(P>0.05).ConclusionFor patients with acute central type LEDVT,the treatment of Transcatheter aspiration combined ultrasound microbubble contrast agent have more significant effect compared with the treatment of Transcatheter aspiration.
