| Objective:A comparative study of the non-infection patients and infection patients after total hip arthroplasty was carried out, using the methods and knowledge of logistics regression analysis to analyze the risk factors of postoperative infection. To provide reference for clinical doctors about how to prevent and control the infection after total hip arthroplasty.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on the patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty during 2003.1-2015.12 in the First Affiliated Hospital of DaLian Medical University.186 patients were randomly selected as control group from a total of 1100 patients who had not been infected after total hip arthroplasty(male=405,female=695).14 cases of patients with infection after hip arthroplasty(male=5,female=9)were selected as the case group. There was no statistical significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The variables of the selected cases were standardized to reduce the influence of the variables on the test results. The effects of age, previous hip surgery history, anemia, diabetes, serum protein, rheumatoid arthritis, duration of surgery, postoperative drainage time, and allogeneic blood transfusion on perioperative period were analyzedResults:age, previous history of hip surgery, anemia, low serum protein, diabetes,RA,long operation time, the time of postoperative drainage and allogeneic transfusion were the risk factors of THA infection. Conclusion:perfect the preoperative preparation, active treatment of underlying diseases, skilled operation, shortening the duration of surgery, strengthening the nutritional status of patients, emphasizing the education of patients to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in patients with THA... |
