Objective:To explore the variation trendency of prevalence about progestational diabetes mllitus and the neonatal outcomes after standard management. Methods:All 162 cases which were delivered in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from Jan 1 2011 to Dec 31 2016 were diagnosed progestational diabetes mellitus and divided into two groups according to the situation of blood glucose control during pregnancy:the group of 83 patients with good blood glucose control(group A)and the group of 79 patients with poor blood glucose control(group B).Using retrospective analysis method to study the neonatal outcomes of progestational diabetes mellitus and statistics on the prevalence of progestational diabetes mellitus.Results:(1)The 5-yere total occurrence rate of the progestational diabetes mellitus from Jan 1,2011 to Dec 31,2016 and the prevalence of each year were 1.48%、2.09%、1.45%、4.03%、3.12%,is on the rise as a whole.(2)A、B two groups of patience in age, gestational age, pregnancy age, pregnancy time, production time, adverse history of pregnancy childbirth, family history of was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)The incidence of A group of macrosomia, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia,RDS were lower than group B;Abortion, abnormality, stillbirth(dead fetus),deformity, neonatal death, premature,FGR,fetal distress, into neonatal intensive care unit comparing the two groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05)。(4)The incidence of the two groups’ childbirth pregnant weeks were no significant difference; The birth weight of group A is lower than group B(P<0.05)。(5)Comparing the two groups of the intervention time before and early pregnancy and intervention methods were significant difference(P<0.05);terminal methods of pregnancy about the two groups, there was no significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The occurrence rate of 2012-2016 on the rise, should pay attention to pregnancy diabetes screening, diagnosis, and intervention.(2)Good blood sugar control of progestational diabetes mllitus can obviously improve the perinatal outcomes, such as macrosomia,hypoglycemia,hyperbilirubinemia,RDS.(3)Advancing the blood sugar intervention time of progestational diabetes mllitus can improve the perinatal outcome.(4)Due to state of progestational diabetes mllitus was relatively long, heavier, standdad management blood sugar can improve the perinatal outcome.
