Background and objective:Breast cancer(breast cancer)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.At present,although the incidence of breast cancer in China is low,but with the development of our economic level and people's lifestyle changes,environmental changes,the incidence of breast cancer is growing rapidly.And the population of our country is relatively large,the peak age is lower than the European and American countries.These factors promote the rapid increase in the number of breast cancer in China,which seriously threatens the health and life of women.After years of study,it was found that the expression of estrogen receptor(ER)in breast cancer is related to the occurrence and prognosis of breast cancer.Progesterone receptor(PR)is the product of estrogen and androgen receptor(AR).Pr can inhibit the growth of breast cancer cell line,also inhibit the growth and metastasis of tumor cells.If pr is positive in patients with breast cancer,the effect of endocrine therapy is better and the prognosis is better.C-erbB-2 is a hot research topic,with the in-depth of molecular biology,people continue to explore the role of c in breast cancer,so that the status of c gene is very important to evaluate the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Ki-67 positive index is an important index to evaluate the value of tumor cells.In recent years,many potential clinical values of ki-67 positive index in breast cancer are gradually recognized,playing an increasingly important role in the selection and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer therapy.The main way of breast cancer metastasis is auxiliary lymph node metastasis,and also the most important factor influencing the prognosis of breast cancer.P16 gene(MTS1 / ink4a)as a duo suppressor gene,when P16 deletion,mutation and abnormal expression,it cause the synthesis of P16 protein,causing loss of cell proliferation,leading to the occurrence of cancer.In conclusion ER,PR,C-erbB-2,ki-67,P16 in breast cancer tissues were related to the prognosis of breast cancer.however,the expression level of ER,PR,C-erbB-2 in breast cancer were correlated.This paper mainly discusses the relationship between p16 and breast cancer and its significance.Materials and methods:The wax block of tissue from patients with breast cancer was collected as an experimental study,without radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation.using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression level ofER,PR C-erbB-2,ki-67 andP16 in 40 cases of breast cancer tissue.Results: 1): the positive expression of p16 decreased gradually with the histological grade.The expression of p16 Negative increased with the increase of histological grade.2): the expression of p16 in situ carcinoma of the lung is stronger than that of other histological types.3): the relationship between p16 and C-erbB-2 was negative,4):there was no correlation between p16 and ki-67,p16 expression in triple negative breast cancer and no breast cancer 5): the positive expression rate of p16 positive expression in auxiliary lymph nodes was lower than that in auxiliary lymph nodes.Conclusion:P16 is related to histological grade of breast cancer,and has a negative correlation with C-erbB-2,and has some relationship with lymph node metastasis.
