The Effect Of Sheliugu Combined With Dialectical Treatment On Cellular Immune Function In Patients With Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Sheliugu combined with dialectical treatment on cellular immune function and clinical TCM syndrome in patients with triple negative breast cancer,and to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Method:Randomly selected 55 cases of triple negative breast cancer patients,who treated in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jiangsu Provincial Cancer Hospital,from January 2015 to January 2017.The 55 patients were breast cancer after surgery,haven 8 cycles of EC-T chemotherapy,no radiotherapy,and pathological diagnosis is triple negative breast cancer.The 55 patients were treated with their own before and after the control method,which first "simply based on symptoms of syndrome recipe" treatment for 3 months,t-Hen through the observation of TCM symptom score?the score of physical and mental health and cellular immune index,to compare the effects of two treatments on cellular immune function and TCM syndrome in patients with triple negative breast cancer.Results:The treatment of "Syndrome-selective combination of Sheliugu" was better than that of"simple syndrome differentiation group" in improving cellular immune function,P<0.05,the two were statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of TCM syndrome and the score of physical and mental health(P>0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of "Syndrome-selective combination of Sheliugu" with triple negative breast cancer,and "simple dialectical election" compared to better improve the patient's cellular immune function,the application of Sheliugu worth the clinical promotion.
