Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Zengye Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetes Of Qi Yin Deficiency Constipation

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Jiawei Decoction for treating diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and Yin,and to explore its therapeutic value.Methods:Methods 42 patients with diabetic constipation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group with a total of 21 cases.The treatment group in the treatment on daily basis to Jiawei Zengye Decoction oral treatment to maintain the original diabetes;control group in maintaining the original based on the treatment of diabetes mellitus treated Maren capsule oral treatment.In 7 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses,the symptoms of constipation were recorded before and after treatment in patients with integral treatment according to the relevant standards of the score,all experimental data were analyzed with SPSS22.0 software,count data by using the χ2 test,measurement data using t test,P<0.05 for statistics the difference.Results:In the age group,gender,disease duration and severity of constipation(CCS)and so on,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental group after treatment of defecation interval score was 1.02±0.99,1.04±1.05 points for the speed of defecation,defecation traits score was 1.11±1.01,defecation difficulty score 0.91+0.72,meaning score was 1.09±1.03,0.37±0.26 and symptom score,were better than the control group,and two groups of P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the control group was 57.1%,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.7%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no abnormality between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Jiawei Zengye Decoction with Invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,laxative effect,has good curative effect for the treatment of Qi Yin deficiency diabetic constipation,can effectively shorten the defecation interval,accelerate the speed and improve the defecation stool,defecation difficulty,enhance the meaning and improvement of his symptoms,which is a safe,treatment convenient,convenient generalization and easy to accept by many patients as a treatment method.
