Objective:Cancer-related fatigue has been concerned widely in recent years at home and abroad, and it has been considered to be "sixth vital signs" in the 32 nd session of the annual meeting of the international society for cancer care in 2007.It has to be confirmed that CRF has a serious negative impact on the quality of life of the patient in many studies. The latest survey showed that gastric cancer is one of the most common tumor in our country. There is no research studing in gastric cancer patients perioperative cancer-related fatigue. This study aims to investigate cancer-related fatigue level in patients with gastric cancer in perioperative period, and compare the level of CRF and analyze the influencing factors in patients with gastric cancer in perioperative period. Then we can provide theoretical basis for nurse to carry out the nursing intervention. Methods:Selecting the hospitalized patients with gastric cancer in August 2015-May 2016 as the research participants, the research use Brief Pain Inventory,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,Social Support Rating Scale,Brief Fatigue Inventory to investigate the participants. All the participants were from The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. All participants are required to fill the questionnaire twice. This research use SPSS17.0 statistical software for dating and analysising: the mean and standard deviation are used to describe the data,t test, single factor variance analysis,LSD pairwise comparison,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are used to analyse the data.Results:1.The score of CRF is 3.61 ± 2.49 among preoperative patients with Gastric cancer, and the incidence of CRF is 85.0%.The degree of CRF is in mild-to-moderate.CRF influence all aspects of life. The highest impact points is mood which scores 2.15±2.34.The lowest impact points is relationship with others which scores 0.83±1.72.The score of CRF is 6.89±1.68 among postoperative patients with Gastric cancer, and the incidence of CRF is 99.2%.The degree of CRF is in moderate-to-severe.CRF influence all aspects of life. The highest impact points is on the normal work, and the score is 7.68±3.28.The comparison of the Scores has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.20 patients have symptoms of depression in preoperative patients. The incidence of depression is 15.0%.20 patients have anxiety symptoms in preoperative patients. The incidence of anxiety is 15.0%.27 patients have depressive symptoms in postoperative patients. The incidence of depression in postoperative patients is 20.3%.13 patients have anxiety symptoms in postoperative patients. The incidence of anxiety in postoperative patients is 9.8%.The score of postoperative anxiety is lower than the preoperative score, and the comparison have statistical significance(P<0.05).The comparison of preoperative and postoperative depression have no statistical significance, but the postoperative score is higher than preoperative score.3.There is no statistical significance(P<0.05)in postoperative demographic factors by single factor analysis. The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that CRF scores of preoperative and postoperative gastric cancer patients and score of social support have negative correlation. The correlation coefficients are-0.252 and-0.301(P<0.05).The partial correlation results showed that CRF scores of preoperative and postoperative patients and subjective support dimension have significant negative correlation, partial correlation coefficient are-0.195 and-0.221(P<0.05).4.The multiple stepwise regression analysis to influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue with preoperative gastric cancer patients showed that hemoglobin, anxiety social support and the pain are the influencing factors. The multiple stepwise regression analysis to influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue with postoperative gastric cancer patients showed that depression, anxiety and social support are the influencing factors.Conclusion:1.Most patients with preoperative gastric cancer has experienced CRF.The incidence is closed to the patients with chemotherapy. The degree of CRF in preoperative patients are in mild-to-moderate mostly, and the degree of CRF is lower than the degree in chemotherapy patients. The incidence of CRF in postoperative patients has been increased.2.CRF has influence on patients' all aspects of life.Preoperative influencing scores ranking from high to low are emotion, activity, enjoying life, work, ability of walk, and relationships with others.Postoperative influencing scores in the order are normal work, activity, ability of walk, emotion, enjoying life and relationship with others. The postoperative scores are higher than preoperative scores. The difference sequence in the order is normal work, activity, ability of walk, mood, enjoying life, relationship with others.3.The influencing factors of CRF of preoperative gastric cancer patients are mainly hemoglobin, anxiety, social support, and pain. The influencing factors of CRF of postoperative gastric cancer patients are anxiety, depression, social support.Nurse can provide different interventions according to the different influencing factors in perioperative different periods.
