Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture on upper limb function reconstr-uction in patients with cerebral infarction based on the phenomenon of cross-migration.Method:Divided 60 patients with cerebral infarction who were eligible for screening were randomly into two groups, each group of 30 cases. The control group only acupuncture on the ipsilateral limb. The treatment group acupuncture both of the ipsilateral limb and the healthy upper limb. Before and after treatment for 4 weeks, two groups of patients were assessed by U-FMA?WMFT?sEMG and ADL.Result:1.The U-FMA scores after treatment of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),there was significant difference.2.The WMFT scores after treatment of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),there was significant difference.3.The deltoid root mean square ratio after treatment of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),there was significant difference.4.The CR of the elbow flexion biceps after treatment of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The CR of the elbow stretching triceps after treatment of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.The improved Barthel index after treatment of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),there was significant difference.Conclusion:1.The acupuncture method based on the phenomenon of cross migration can improve the motor function of the upper limbs and improve the quality and speed of the movement.2.Acupuncture based on cross-migration can improve the patient's daily life ability.
