Objective:to observe the clinical effect of the stings in the area of the cranial area of the brain hemorrhage after hemorrhage.Methods:84 cases of dysphagia with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in both groups.The treatment group used the needle and the conventional treatment;The control group was given a routine treatment,with acupuncture treatment on Monday,Saturday and Sunday,six weeks in a row.Adopt kubota drinking water before and after the treatment the swallowing function and swallowing dysfunction rating scale for patients with swallowing ability to assess,before and after treatment with gastric cavity engraftment pharyngeal reverse engraftment rate and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia were assessed,and USES the statistical software SPSS 22.0 for the data for statistical analysis.Results:after treatment,two groups of patients with kubota drinking water of swallowing function evaluation method and evaluation method of swallowing dysfunction rating scale scores were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.01),and the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group swallowing function of two clinical curative effect were 92.68%,95.12%,were higher than the control group were 68.29%,73.17%,was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of patients with gastric cavity engraftment pharyngeal reverse engraftment rate and incidence of aspiration pneumonia all have obvious difference,was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Treatment group after treatment of gastric cavity engraftment pharyngeal reverse engraftment rate and incidence of aspiration pneumonia were 21.95%,2.44%,the control of gastric cavity engraftment pharyngeal reverse engraftment rate and incidence of aspiration pneumonia were 43.90%,17.14%,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the item's head hole area clumps of swallowing disorder after cerebral hemorrhage curative effect definite,can effectively improve swallowing function of patients,and in the prevention of swallowing disorder after cerebral hemorrhage complicated by aspiration pneumonia curative effect.
