Bixie Swelling Pills Treat Clinical Observation Of The Limb Lymphedema (Hot And Humid Block Syndrome)

Objective:In this study,we studied the treatment of lower limb lymphedema(unilateral)with oral Bixie swelling pills of Chinese Medicine,To observe the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,Lower limb circumference difference and lower extremity ultrasound layer thickness,To explore the treatment of the disease and the clinical efficacy of the disease.Methods:In this study,60 patients with unilateral lower limb lymphedema(hot and humid block syndrome)were selected,as the limb lymphedema patients with lower limbs is more,but also with the upper limb in the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional medicine and pathogenesis similar,therefore,it selects patients with lower limbs lymphedema.The patients were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group(each group has 30 cases).Both groups were given barotracheal therapy(20 minutes/day)as a basic treatment,The treatment group was given Bixie swelling pills,and the control group was given the Austrian Austin tablets oral,Two groups of patients were treated for 1 course(30 days).To observe the TCM syndrome score,Lower diameter of the lower limbs,Lower extremity ultrasound layer under the thickness of the changes in the situation,The data were collected and the results were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:1.The two groups of patients with TCM syndrome points:Before and after treatment group,P<0.05,statistically significantAfter treatment between the groups,P<0.05,was statistically significant.2.The difference between the two groups of patients with lower extremity:before and after treatment group,P<0.05,statistically significant,after treatment between groups,P<0.05,statistically significant.3.The lower limb ultrasound in patients with layers of tissue thickness comparison:before and after treatment group,P<0.05,statistically significant,after treatment between groups,P<0.05,statistically significant.4.Efficiency comparison:Treatment group:5 cases were cured,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the effective rate was 86.67%,The control group was cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 13 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the effective rate was 76.67%.Conclusion:1.Bixie swelling pills can reduce the lower limb lymphedema(hot and humid block syndrome)in patients with lower limb tissue thickness and diameter difference.2.Bixie swelling pills can improve lower limb lymphedema(hot and humid block syndrome)patients with symptoms and signs.
