Background and objective:Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is one of the major causes of female infertility,In the women of childbearing age incidence of about 6% to 10%,accounting for 75% of anovulatory infertility, which is a follicular developmental disorders, androgen and insulin resistance is characterized by a multi-source etiology and symptoms of neuroendocrine, metabolic diseases. Now more and more studies have shown that PCOS is not only associated with metabolic abnormalities, irregular menstruation and infertility, but also with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, preterm birth rate, giant children, cesarean section rate and so on.However, the results of these studies are often inconsistent, women with polycystic ovary syndrome usually need to promote ovulation techniques or assisted reproductive technology, which led to an increase in the incidence of multiple pregnancies,in order to comprehensively analyze polycystic ovary syndrome and pregnancy Outcome and complications, these assisted reproductive techniques must be taken into account. Therefore,we designed strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, rigorously assess the quality of the article, using different meta-analysis of statistical methods to deal with the relevant data to evaluate the impact of polycystic ovary syndrome on pregnancy outcomes and complications, for suffering from polycystic ovary synthesis Pregnant women to provide help in the clinical treatment.method:Searching Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane,Medline,Web of science,CNKI,Wanfang database and Weibu database, while the manual retrieval of Jilin University Medical Library related magazines,a comprehensive collection from January 1990 to December 2016 published in the relevant Chinese and English literature. At the end of the search, the two reviewers independently screened, crossed the check, thequality evaluation and the data extraction and conversion of the obtained literature according to the inclusion exclusion criteria, and completed the meta-analysis of the included literature using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results:In this study,34 articles(6 Chinese and 28 English)were included,.Meta-analysis showed that:The odds ratio(OR),95% confidence interval(P <0.05)in the gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, preterm labor, spontaneous abortion, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, giant children, neonatal malformations,SGA,NICU(95% CI)are: 3.23 [2.84,3.68],2.13 [1.90,2.39],1.68[1.53,1.85],2.57 [1.81,3.64],1.69 [1.57,1.81],2.49 [1.51,4.10] 1.37 [1.06,1.77],1.14[0.53,2.43],1.03 [0.85,1.24],1.62 [1.21,2.17].The results showed that PCOS group had a higher risk of gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, preterm labor, spontaneous abortion, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, macrosomia and NICU in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in SGA and neonatal malformations difference. Conclusion:PCOS increased the risk of adverse outcomes of pregnant women, fetuses and newborns.PCOS women should be monitored during pregnancy, timely screening and treatment of related complications, and should further strengthen their research on lifestyle, drug therapy and other measures...
