Objectives:Retrospective analysis of clinical features of 312 cases of patients with stage I ~ III NSCLC,and preliminary discussions affect patients with stage I ~ III NSCLS progression-free surial associated factors,to help in the prevention and early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Objects and methods:Collected through jilin university first hospital medical record retrieval system on January 1,2012 to January 1,2015,Bethune in jilin university first hospital and diagnosis of 312 cases of patients with stage I~ III non-small cell lung cancer clinical data, record contents include:non-small cell lung cancer patients’ gender, age, educational level, smoking index, place of residence, body mass index,TNM stage, pathological type, patients complained of,always respiratory system disease, tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cytokeratin19 fragment(CYFRA21 1),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),KPS score and albumin levels, using SPSS18.0 statistical software analysis the relevant factors affecting NSCLS progression-free survival time.Results:1.I ~ III period NSCLS patients general 1,2 years progression-free survival rates were 51.6% and 39.1% respectively.Median progressionfree survival time was 14 months.2.Single factor analysis of the age, cultural level, place of residence, index of smoking,BMI,TNM stage, pathological type, patients complained of,always respiratory system disease, tumor markers CEA and CYFRA21-1,alkaline phosphatase and KPS score and I ~ III progression-free surial period NSCLS patients. And gender, family history of cancer, and albumin levels were not found I ~ III period NSCLS patients with progression-free surial.3.Multi-factor analysis showed that place of residence, whether BMI,TNM staging, pathological type and KPS score before treatment is affected patients with stage I ~ III NSCLS independent factors of prognosis.Conclusions:1.Place of residence,BMI,TNM staging, pathological type and KPS score before treatment is affected patients with stage I ~ III NSCLS independent factors of prognosis;Live in rural,BMI index 18.5 or more,TNM staging in phase I and II,Lung adenocarcinoma and KPS score of90 points or more I ~ III period NSCLS patients prognosis is good,a longer progression-free surial.2.Live in rural,BMI index 18.5 or more,TNM staging in phase I and II,pathological types of squamous cell carcinomas and KPS score of90 points or more I ~ III period NSCLS patients prognosis is good,a longer progression-free surial.3.Age,educational level, smoking index, the first chief complaint, history, the respiratory system tumor markers CEA and CYFRA21-1,alkaline phosphatase and the prognosis of NSCLC no statistical correlation.
