Objective:The study was to investigate the status of negative emotion and Subjective well-being,and explore the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on anxiety,depression,and Subjective well-being of patients with glioma receiving chemotherapy,aiming to find out a better way for the patients.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,174 patients with glioma receiving chemotherapy were sampled in the department of neurosurgery of the first hospital of Jilin university during December 2015 to December 2016.These patients were randomly divided into four groups with Random Number Table,control group,the abdominal breathing training group,the music therapy group and the joint group.Among them,the routine nursing care was used in the control group,and the Cognitive therapy and breathing training were applied to the abdominal breathing training group,the music therapy group received Cognitive therapy and music therapy,while the joint group received Cognitive therapy,breathing training and music therapy.After the first chemotherapy and the fourth chemotherapy,All patients were measured by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and General well-being schedule(GWBS).Results:1.Anxiety(53.82±2.18)and depression(59.56±3.74)were common in patients with glioma receiving chemotherapy,And the score of subjective well-being(68.57±9.97)was lower than that of Chinese norm(71.00±18.00).2.After intervention,three groups were in a statement of lower anxiety level,especially the joint group,and then music therapy group,next was the abdominal breathing training group,these three groups were lower level than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The depression level of three groups decreased,the most obvious was the joint group,followed by the abdominal breathing training group,the music therapy group.Compared with control group,other three groups had improvement obviously(P<0.05).4.The Subjective well-being scores increased in each group,the joint group had relatively higher level than other groups,followed by the abdominal breathing training group,the music therapy group,these three groups were higher level than the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).but there was no statistical significance between the abdominal breathing training group and the music therapy group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Anxiety and depression were common in patients with glioma receiving chemotherapy,and the level of subjective well-being was low.The effective intervention measures were required.2.Cognitive behavioral therapy could effectively relieve anxiety,among three intervention groups,the joint group was the best,then the music therapy group,next was the abdominal breathing training group.3.Cognitive behavioral therapy could effectively relieve depression,among three intervention groups,the joint group was the best,secondly the abdominal breathing training group,next was the music therapy group.4.Cognitive behavioral therapy could effectively improve the level of general well-being level.especially of the joint intervention measure.
