Investigation And Study On TCM Physique And Related Background Factors Of Patients With Irritable Bowel Syndrome In TCM Hospital Of Autonomous Regions

Objective: to describe about the physical type of irritable bowel syndrome,a disease to determine the TCM constitution characteristics in Xinjiang area and related factors for the future use of traditional Chinese medicine physical conditioning,prevention and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in order to provide the basis for disease prevention and treatment guidance.Methods: The subject of this cross-sectional study,systematic sampling of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chinese medicine hospital outpatient,strictly according to the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome,inclusion and exclusion criteria for screening.The use of "one center,multi target" mode,to the hospital in the autonomous region based on various experts(consulting room,convenient outpatient wards the general outpatient clinic,Vip,consulting room,Department of gastroenterology clinic,other)data collection points.According to the Chinese design scale of Professor Wang Qi based questionnaire.Collect accurate data.The classification of constitution Survey data obtained by cross-sectional study: 1 of the original survey data of inspection,to ensure that the data is accurate,leak filled,and correct the errors,and the repetitive data in accordance with the deletion of.2.has clearly stipulated the good standard for irritable bowel syndrome classification in order to understand the state of.3.in different regions the different time and the effect of different groups on irritable bowel syndrome of physical characteristics,the original survey data were grouped and compared.Statistical analysis of the basic information survey and constitution of TCM data,through analysis and research to summarize Chinese physical characteristics of irritable bowel syndrome and Relationship between related factors.Results: 1.Patients with IBS-D distribution types of Yang deficiency constitution of traditional Chinese medicine quality > gas quality > > quality of damp and hot deficiency of mass > gentle temperament > Yin quality > phlegm wet quality quality > > blood stasis,the great mass 2.Patients with IBS-D of traditional Chinese medicine physique physical distribution has significant difference with the general population.(3)In patients with IBS-D constitution types of distribution in the different age groups have statistical significance.4.Patients with IBS-D constitution types of distribution in different occupational groups have statistical significance.5.In different inducing factors,found that eating cold,emotional stimuli,drinking in the traditional Chinese medicine physical distribution difference was statistically significant.6.Not found in patients with IBS-D gender,duration,degree of culture and the relationship between different physical distribution.
