| Objective:The research of ischemia modified albumin(IMA)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),hydroxybutyric acid(HBDH),high sensitivity troponin T serum levels,to acquire early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and the disease risk degree biochemical indicator.Methods: From April 2012 to September2016 601 patients in our hospital cardiovascular department of Cardiology Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,who were subjected to grace(THE GLOBAL REGISTRY OF by ACUTE CORONARY EVENTS)risk score calculator for risk stratification: 226 cases of low risk group,medium risk group 227 cases and high-risk group of 148 patients,another 190 cases of healthy people selected as the control group.The above biochemical markers were detected and analyzed in the cases group and the control group respectively.Results: IMA:There was significant difference between the risk stratification of groups and the normal control group(P<0.05).Between the low risk group and high risk group,significant difference was found(P<0.05).No statistical significance between the middle risk group and the low risk group,middle risk group and high risk group(P>0.05).AST:ast in medium risk group and control group,high-risk group and control group were statistically significant(P<0.05);low-risk group and control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05);There was statistical significance between the risk stratification groups(P<0.05).CK:There was significant difference between the risk stratification of groups and the normal control group(P<0.05).Compared the low risk group with the middle risk group,no significant difference was found(P>0.05).Btween the middle risk group and the high risk group,high risk group and low risk group had significant difference(P<0.05).CK-MB:There was significant difference between the risk stratification of groups and the normal control group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between the risk stratification(P<0.05).LDH:There was significant differencebetween the risk stratification groups and the normal control group(P<0.05).low risk group and medium risk group high risk and low risk group had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between medium risk group and high risk group(P>0.05).HBDH: There was significant difference between the risk stratification of groups and the normal control group(P<0.05).Low risk group and middle risk group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),there was significant difference between middle risk group and high risk group,high risk group and low risk group(P<0.05).HSCTNT:There was significant difference between the risk stratification of groups and the normal control group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between the risk stratification groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)IMA、AST、CK、LDH、HBDH:There was a certain diagnostic value in the early diagnosis and stratification of ACS.(2)CK-MB、HSCTNT:its detection for the early diagnosis of ACS with statistical significance(P<0.05),the risk stratification of ACS has statistical significance(P<0.05). |
