Objective :to explore the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods : looking back patients with cesarean scar pregnancy in first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university which received treatment,103 were analyzed respectively from Jan.2012 to Jun.2015.These patients were divided into 4 groups according to whether to use the uterine artery embolization treatment and operation;Group A :Uterine artery embolization & Curettage in hysteroscopic;Group B: Curettage in hysteroscopic.Group C: Uterine artery embolization & laparoscop and hysteroscopy-Combined surgery;Group D : laparoscop and hysteroscopy-Combined surgery.Results the results of this study included 103 cases.In the preoperative stages all patients’ indications are distributed evenly so the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).These indications include the age,the Menopause days,the size of HCG,nation,cesarean delivery,parity and cesarean delivery…….The number of days of HCG seroconversion,intraoperative blood loss,length of operation,hospital days,hospitalization expenses,there are statistically significant difference(p < 0.05)in four groups of patients in the operation length,length of hospital days,hospitalization costs.The operation duration,hospital days and hospitalization expenses of Group C patients were the highest,while Group B patients were the lowest in all three factors above.Conclusion :the cure rate of all these four groups are high.In clinical process,the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy disease needs to be timely diagnosis.According to the clinical characteristics of patients,personalized processes are needed to reduce bleeding,uterine rupture,hysterectomy and other serious consequences,and to ensure the patient’s health and fertility function.
