Research On Case Similarity Calculation Method Of TCM Diagnosis And Treatment System Based On CBR Technology

This thesis is based on the "Method of Diagnosis and Treatment of New Infectious Diseases Based on Ancient Literature Digest".This project is based on the diagnosis and treatment method as the starting point,study on the Auxiliary Method of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Emergence and Infectious Diseases.The purpose is to combine the case-based reasoning technology in artificial intelligence technology and traditional Chinese medicine knowledge to design and develop flexible,effective,practical and operational "CBR-based Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system" provide decision support for the formulation of new Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Research on the theoretical knowledge of case-based reasoning technology.Depth study of the basic principles of CBR technology,reasoning life cycle,CBR technology application and development,etc.Then,we introduce the several stages involved in the whole process of CBR technology,including the representation of cases,Retrieve,Reuse,Revise and Retain.(2)Based on the study by Huang Ahmad et al.,Proposed a measure of similarity between the methods for evaluating mixed-type data.Case retrieval is the core of the reasoning process,the efficiency of case retrieval will have a direct impact on the user's experience.In order to verify the effectiveness of the method,the medical field on the diagnosis of breast cancer and diabetes,as well as the banking sector on the user credit judgment data set selected,the corresponding experiment was carried out by using the proposed method of measurement similarity.The experimental results were analyzed and the effective measurement method was proved and feasible.(3)The proposed hybrid similarity measurement method is applied to TCM diagnosis and treatment system based on CBR technology.On the basis of the data collected from the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of new emergent infectious diseases,the CBR technique was used to design and analyze the modules of the TCM diagnosis and treatment system to be developed.The whole system was developed by using java language.Showing the main functional modules in the system.Design and development of Chinese medical system based on CBR technology,not only can make future generations to use the ancient Chinese medicine practitioners accumulated medical experience and wisdom to help them make decisions,so as to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect.Moreover,these Chinese medicine can also be a good preservation of knowledge,to facilitate the use of educational institutions for teaching,to achieve the sharing of knowledge and heritage,better service to mankind.
