Yiqibushenfang’s Influence To Abnormal Mother-embryo Immunological Recognition RSA’s Early Pregnancy Peripheral Blood Immunoregulation

Objective Through the study on treatment outcome by Yiqibushenfang,which is applied for treating RSA by abnormal mother-embryo immunological recognition,comparing Yiqibushenfang with Ciclosporin A treating affects to RSA patients’ early pregnancy peripheral blood natural killer cell(CD16+/CD56+),CD3-BE,CD4-BE,CD25-BE,efficiency of blocking,blocking antibody idiotope level,evaluating the two groups’ re-pregnancy success rate,so to provide the clinical evidence for Yiqibushenfang’s superiority on treating RSA by abnormal mother-embryo immunological recognition.Method 60 patients are divided into 2 groups,treating and comparing.40 Patients for treating are treated by Yiqibushenfang(honey-fried RADIX ASTRAGALI 36g,seed of Chinese dodder 30g,rhizome 9g,fried angelica 12g,radix bupleuri 9g,fried bighead atractylodes rhizome 18g,Codonopsis pilosula 15g,dried tangerine 9g),densely fried,take 2 packages,100ml each,2 times daily.In comparison of those 20 patients who are treated by orally taking Ciclosporin A capsules,Q8H,50mg daily.Both group patients play a course as 20-30days.After that course,re-examinations are taken for evaluating early pregnancy peripheral blood natural killer cell(CD16+/CD56+),CD3-BE,CD4-BE,CD25-BE,efficiency of blocking,blocking antibody idiotope level.When the treating course is over,statistics is applied for treating outcome evaluation between groups.Followed up by patients taking Re-pregnancy,so as to evaluate clinical effect.Results 1.Affection on early peripheral blood CD3-BE,CD4-BE,CD25-BE,efficiency of blocking,blocking antibody idiotope level:After taking Yiqibushenfang,CD3-BE,CD4-BE,CD25-BE,efficiency of blocking,blocking antibody idiotope level are remarkably optimized,making statistical significance.(p<0.05).2.Affection on peripheral blood natural killer cell(CD16+/CD56+):After taking Yiqibushenfang,NK cells’ CD16+/CD56+ is down obviously,making statistical significance.(p<0.05).3.For Re-pregnancy success rate:groups of TCM and Ciclosporin list 34,15 pregnancy success cases(3 months);Re-pregnancy success rate is listed as 85%and 75%,which difference makes no statistical significance.(p>0.05)Conclusion 1.When Yiqibushenfang is taken for RSA,patients’ early peripheral blood CD3-BE,CD4-BE,CD25-BE,efficiency of blocking,blocking antibody idiotope level are remarkably optimized.2.When Yiqibushenfang is taken for RSA,patients’ early peripheral blood natural killer cell(CD16+/CD56+)performance level is obviously dropped off.3.Yiqibushenfang is taken to advance early peripheral blood CD3-BE,CD4-BE,CD25-BE,efficiency of blocking,blocking antibody idiotope level,otherwise debate early peripheral blood natural killer cell(CD16+/CD56+)performance level,thus to bi-adjust so as to balance mother-embryo immunological recognition system,increase RSA(by abnormal mother-embryo immunological recognition)patients’ early pregnancy success rate,reduce the risk of abortion.Comparing with Ciclosporin A,it is safer,more effective,and of less side effect,providing TCM therapy on abnormal mother-embryo immunological recognition abortion with reliable clinical evidence.
