Nowadays increasingly strained doctor-patient relationship,medical staff’s service attitude is reduced,in order to improve the service attitude of medical personnel,improve the staff’s job satisfaction is particularly important.Under the circumstances of public hospital,the leadership to subordinate the influence degree of the far is bigger than other enterprises,the official staff career,salary is out of step with the intensity of work.As a result of China’s national conditions and the traditional culture,this study chose the servant leadership and paternalistic leadership as the independent variables,joined the situation as a moderator variable,to study the relationship between these variables.I chose a third hospital in Beijing,c hospital as a sample,Through the analysis of correlation and regression,it draws a conclusion that the analytical data supports the assumption which the author has made about the influence of two independent variables on job satisfaction.Also supports the salaries of public servant leadership and paternalistic leadership and job satisfaction have significant regulation effect hypothesis,but the data also showed that the situation will weaken the public servant leadership and parents leadership influence on job satisfaction,in short,the higher the compensation,the effects of two kinds of leadership style on job satisfaction is lower,this means that if you want to improve the hospital staff job satisfaction from the salary or with the method of two kinds of leadership style.This is a time of health reform,for this purpose,the author makes some suggestions about improving job satisfaction of the employees to the hospital.That is to improve the pay and benefits of health care workers,while the government has to strengthen training in hospital leadership to form a two-style leadership style.The author hopes that these suggestions could also reduce the separation rate,increase their working efficiency and create more benefits for the country.
