The Oretical And Clinical Research Of The Modified Ze Qi Decontion In Treating The Pleural Effusion

Objective:The feasibility and superiority of Zeqi decoction in treatment Pleural effusion were studied by the analysis of Zeqi decoction and prescription.Methods:Specific methods include literature theory study and clinical observatio n.It is analyzed and discussed that Chinese medicine on the knowledge of Pleural eff usion,the etiology and pathogenesis,the type of syndromes and medicine treatment a bout Pleural effusion with the original learning,literature search and theoretical study methods?The relationship between the Pleural effusion with the modern medical res earch is also discussed.In addition,the classification of Zeqi decoction and the signifi cance of Prescription compatibility and modern pharmacological effects is discoursed.The similarities and differences between the Zeqi decoction,Shizao decoction and K ongxiandan in the Pleural effusion treatment are compared.The tuberculosis and lung cancer pleural effusion treatment with Zeqi decoction is explored.Clinical observatio n includes collecting and researching the Pleural effusion cases.The experimental gro up and the control group is contrasted.Reducing the drainage time of pleural effusion and improvement of clinical symptoms is concerned.Results:It is proved that the pathogenesis of pleural effusion in traditional Chine se medicine and modern medical pleural effusion has relevance.Zeqi decoction is the treatment of Pleural effusion,especially suitable for the treatment of cancerous pleural effusion,tuberculous pleurisy and bacterial pleurisy,etc.Clinical observation confirm ed that Zeqi decoction in improving the clinical symptoms of pleural effusion patients and reducing the drainage time of pleural effusion is better than conventional method.Conclusion:Zeqi decoction in treatment Pleural effusion has a unique clinical significance and efficacy.It not only can reduce the pain of patients,but also reduce the risk of complications and probability of infection.It is related with the function that Zeqi decoction can improve the metabolism of pleural effusion and microcirculation,Anti-tumor anti-tuberculosis and enhance immunity.Chinese medicine has its own unique value.The new ideas and methods for the treatment of clinical or pleural effusion would be provided with the study of this subject.
