| Objective This research program is to analyze and explain the clinical significance of tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription by researching the clinical effect of tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription using in GERD.And through the analysis of drugs composition of tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription to discuss the incarnate and value of the spleen and lifting principle in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Respectively using the tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription and western medicine to treat NERD and RE to analysis the application situation of spleen lift theory used in the different types of same disease and the different developmental stages of the same disease,and compare the curative effect of two methods of treatment of NERD and RE whether there is a difference;By observing the patient two treatment methods used in research to the incidence of adverse reaction of drugs to compare what kind of treatment method has more advantages of security.Methods Patients that joined this subject come from the hospital patients and outpatients of our department in June 2014 to June 2016.Them,a total of 70 people,consent and coordinate ours’ study,but in the first of that,they must be diagnosed the ganwei-yu’re zheng of GERD.Patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and the treatment group(35 people,)treated by tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription.the control group(35 people,Treatment for 8 weeks)treated by esomeprazole and itopride(35 people,Treatment for 8 weeks).The medicine method:treatment group,one dose a day,morning and evening suit;control group,esomeprazole(Astrazeneca pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,production,specifications20 mg/tablet),30 minutes before meals,three times a day,itopride(Lizhu Group pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,production,specifications 20 mg/tablet).After treatment,we analysis the difference of both groups in clinical efficacy and security from the clinical symptoms scores,Inflammation change under gastroscope,Liver and kidney function.Results Treatment effect of tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription in treating GERD is much well,and the prescription have a advantage against control group in security.From the point of view of efficiency,the treatment group(total effective rate 91.43%)and control group(total effective rate 71.43%)have statistical difference(P<0.05).From the treatment symptoms integral before and after treatment of treatment group and control group,The each symptom of treatment are both effective in treatment group and control group(P<0.05).General symptoms scores before and after treatment within the group is effective(P<0.05)but it’s have no statistical difference in different group.When treatment group and control group treat both NERD and RE,the treatment effective to NERD and RE have no statistical significance(P>0.05).When the tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription treat RE,General symptoms scores before and after treatment within the group is statistically significant(P<0.05),but it’s have no statistical difference in different group.But we can know from the table 8,the effective rate of treatment group about RE is 87.50%,higher than the control group(62.50%),and that’s can be thought that the treatment group have a better microscopically curative effect than the control group.The adverse reaction percentage of tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription have statistically significant when it is compared with control group(11.43%)(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)The tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription can improve clinical symptoms of Ganwei-yu’re zheng of GERD effectively.(2)There is no statistically difference in clinical effect of GERD between the tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription and western medicine.(3)The tonifying spleen lift and lower prescription can promote esophageal mucosa healing effectively as batter as west medicine used in this research program.(4)The treatment group has a lower adverse reactions incidence than the western medicine control group,so we can consider that traditional Chinese medicine treatment group has better security. |
