The Clinical Observation Of Knee Osterarthrit Is Of Yang Deficiency And Cold Type By Needle Knife And Warm Acupuncture

Research Objective:1.To survey the difference in clinical outcome of knee osteoarthritis with the different treatment2.To investigate the clinical outcome of needle knife and warmed acupuncture on KOA Research Method:The 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis,including 35 femalepatients and 25 male,the oldest 83 years old,the youngest 40 years old,it took 3 months~6 years,according to random number table way,patients who met the standard were randomized into two groups: treatment group and control group,they were treated by the combined temperature acupuncture needle knife therapy and oral diclofenac sodium zyban and glucosamine sulfate capsules.Treatment group was treated by needle knife,once a week,treatment 3 times in a row for one treatment period for three weeks.Needle knife after48 h temperature acupuncture treatment.Take the inside and outside the knee,blood sea,Yin,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,Crane top points,every single day,treatment for 3 weeks in a row.Control group chooses zyban 75 mg of diclofenac sodium,a slice of every day,after meals,Glucosamine sulfate capsules,two at a time,three times a day,morning and taking a meal,take three weeks,All of the patients during treatment try to rest to avoid weight.Compared scores of VAS pain and koos between the two groups before and after treatment,to value the clinical efficacy,the gathered data were studied by SPSS19.0 software.Research Result:Two groups of treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant or better clinical curative effect,what is more,treatment group is superior to control group,the total effective rate was 90.5% in the treatment group and 73.2% in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of VAS ineach group decreased obviously,and the scores of each dimension of KOOS were obviously or significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2 months after the end of treatment,the VAS score decreased significantly,the treatment group KOOS score of each dimension is still higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the control group in addition to daily activities,sports and entertainment function and daily life quality dimension index lower than that before treatment,the scores were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of VAS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)2 months after the treatment and at the end of the course,and the scores of KOOS in each dimension were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Clinical observation of knee osterarthritis of yang deficiency and cold type by needle knife and warm acupuncture has obvious or obvious clinical effect.It is obviously superior to oral western medicine in improving pain,joint stiffness,life function and recreational activities,and has better long-term effect.
