Clinical Study On The Effect Of Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome

This study from two aspects of theory and clinical practice,through the classical thinking of Chinese medicine to study the perimenopausal syndrome etiology and pathogenesis,to explore the meaning of Wendan Decoction and application of cubic Wendan Decoction in the treatment of peri menopausal syndrome theory,and through clinical study to observe the Wendan and reducing the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome effect.Part I:theoretical researchobjectiveThrough the application of the classic of Yin Yang and four five for thinking to analyze the perimenopausal syndrome,combined with life,work and social factors of modern perimenopausal women,summarize the pathogeny and pathogenesis of peri menopausal syndrome.Through the analysis of ancient Chinese medicine,to explore the meaning of Wendan Decoction and application of cubic Wendan Decoction in the treatment of peri menopausal syndrome theory.Method:Using the method of analysis and induction,collecting and analyzing ancient and modern literature,summarizing and analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome and the theoretical basis of the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Result:1 peri menopausal syndrome pathogenesis is mainly related to emotional injuries,improper diet and evil invasion,the main pathogenesis of phlegm stagnation.2 cubic meters with Wendan Decoction Zangxiang theory,as the temperature of the gas and wood Yangchun Chang,with Qi and phlegm stagnation effect.The perimenopausal syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation syndrome machine,Wendan Decoction prescription is more valuable.The second part:clinical researchPurpose:To study the main disease and disease of perimenopausal syndrome by clinical study,and to observe the effect of Wendan Decoction on perimenopausal syndrome.Method:In 80 cases of perimenopausal syndrome patients as the research object,through the use of syndrome differentiation in TCM diagnosis information software will be transformed with elements integral,study on perimenopausal syndrome of main disease location and disease,and 80 patients were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with temperature Dan decoction,control group was treated with tibolone treatment,observation of clinical curative effect after 1 months of treatment,the clinical curative effect of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Result:1 peri menopausal syndrome disease mainly in the liver and bile(significantly higher than other syndrome elements integral,P<0.01),as the main disease of qi stagnation and phlegm(significantly higher than other disease syndrome integral,P<0.01).2 through the clinical observation,application of Wendan Decoction on perimenopausal syndrome treatment has good clinical effect,and compared with the control group,the observation group in each syndrome scores better than the control group(P<0.01).conclusion1 peri menopausal syndrome disease mainly in the liver and bile,disease of stagnation of Qi and phlegm,liver qi stagnation,Tanqi stasis is the main pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome.2 the application of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome has good clinical effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
