Clinical Research Of Julisanjie Tablet United With GnRH-a’s Effect For Perimenopausal Uterine Fibroids With Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

ObjectiveThe clinical effect of Julisanjie tablet united with GnRH-a for perimenopausal uterine fibroids with abnormal uterine bleeding was observed so that it could provide clinical evidence for this kind of patients by applying the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.MethodsCollected 35 female patients aged from 40-55 years old who were definitely diagnosed as uterine fibroids with abnormal uterine bleeding,and all the patients were randomly divided into 20 cases of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and 15 cases of western medicine group.The cases of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were given Julisanjie tablet along with GnRH-a,while the western medicine group were given GnRH-a.GnRH-a was repeatly spin injected on the first day of menstrual cycle every 28 days.Julisanjie tablet was orally taken 4 pills for three times every day.Both treatments of the two groups lasted for 6 months.Before and after the treatment,the TCM syndromes and menstrual scores、the uterine and fibroid volume.the endometrial thickness and the quantity of hemoglobin of the two groups were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results1.The study showed that between the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the western medicine group before the treatment,there were no statistical significances when compared on age、birth place,marriage,pathogenesis.condition.TCM syndromes and menstrual scores、uterine and fibroid volume、endometrial thickness and quantity of hemoglobin.So the two groups were comparable.2.Compared with pre-treatment,both cases of the two groups could reached a decrease of TCM syndromes and menstrual scores,a volume shrinkage of uterine and fibroid,an endometrial thinness and an increase of hemoglobin after given treatment.What is more,the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was superior to the western medicine group in the aspect of above curative effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 100.00%,among which the healing rate was 20.00%,the efficiency was 65.00%and the effective rate was 15.00%.The western medicine group was respectively 73.33%、0.00%、53.33%and 20.00%.The total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 26.67%higher than the western medicine group,and the curative effect difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Consequently the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was more effective than the western medicine group.ConelusionThe clinical effect of Julisanjie tablet united with GnRH-a for perimenopausal uterine fibroids with abnormal uterine bleeding is quite considerable,so it is worth clinical promotion and application.
