The Study Of Emergency Management Of Public Health Emergencies

Objective Dengue fever(dengue,fever,DF)is an acute infectious disease caused by transmission of dengue virus through mosquitoes.It is a seasonal epidemic in southern China,especially in Guangdong.It seriously threatens people’s health and public health security.Therefore,the establishment of effective prevention and control management is the necessary means to effectively prevent the DF epidemic.In this paper,through bibliometric analysis and visual analysis,statistical analysis,case analysis and other research methods,to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of DF in Guangzhou,Liwan District,to determine the focus of prevention and control.On this basis,Guangzhou city of Liwan District on the prevention and control of DF health emergency management policy and system,organization and operaticn mode,system framework construction,investigation and evaluation,find the problems and put forward some suggestions to improve the DF emergency management,so as to provide suggestions for the effective prevention and control of eniergency management in China.Methods1.literature research: through the bibliometric analysis and literature visualization analysis status of emergency management in China and the prevention and control of dengue fever in all aspects of analysis,using CiteSpace to analyze the research focus and direction of research and DF emergency management in our country at present,lay the theoretical base for further research.2.statistical analysis: through the study from 2012 to 2015 in Guangzhou City,Liwan District DF fashion attitude and the change rule of DF incidence in Liwan District city of Guangzhou time(days,weeks and months),population distribution characteristics(age,gender,occupation)distribution characteristics and spatial distribution(onset,location for treatment)features of the analysis and summary of high-risk groups and high-risk areas,epidemic regularity of DF in Guangzhou City,Liwan District,to determine the focus of the city of Guangzhou Liwan District DF prevention and control.3.a case study of Guangzhou City:Liwan District A street DF epidemic prevention and control of epidemic investigation and case analysis,from the implementation of the division of labor,clean water,to search for cases and health education,mosquito killing,technical support and epidemic analysis,analysis of existing problems and the reasons in the process of practical prevention and control work.ResultsThe analysis results of literature visualization:a study of emergency management in China started late,the research level is not deep,most of the current research focuses on the theoretical level,the lack of specific and feasible research results have practical significance on prevention and control;DF was started earlier,but the main stay range in pathology and epidemiology,the lack of specific interdisciplinary research the lack of research results,can be put into use.Statistical analysis results:in 2012-2015 years,the epidemic situation of DF in Guangzhou,Liwan District,showed sporadic and epidemic alternation.Among them,the epidemic situation in 2012 and 2015 showed a sporadic state,and epidemic situation was epidemic in 2013 and 2014.The epidemic is usually experienced sporadic,rapid growth,growth of containment,four stages of rapid decline,once the epidemic entered a period of rapid growth,human control is difficult to completely extinguish the epidemic,should focus on prevention and control.of time in early onset or before the outbreak,attention epidemic occurred before the mosquito control work;the incidence rate of DF increased with age.Between different age incidence has significant difference,the elderly population is a high risk of DF infection;commercial activities,retirement,housework and unemployment is high risk occupation DF infection;incidence rate has the difference between men and women,the incidence of female was higher than male;high street to the streets were crowded old Liwan District city;DF patients will give priority to large three medical institutions within the jurisdiction of Guangzhou City infectious disease hospital in the choice of medical institutions,the second choice to Large three tier medical institutions under the jurisdiction;Case analysis results:at present,Guangzhou city of Liwan District in the prevention and control of DF reaction in the process in a timely manner,the work place,but in the actual work,according to the current control program will lead to the following problems:1.complex work processes;2.daily monitoring;3 information management;4.lack of laws and regulations.In summary,the current management mode of DF prevention and control in China has already been mature,but there are 1.problems:the lack of early warning mechanism;2.complicated process;3.for prevention and control is not strong;4.lack of laws and regulations;5.lack of scientific research and application.ConclusionIn the emergency management of prevention and control of dengue fever in Liwan District at present,there is lack of preventive measures;human resources;professional quality needs to be strengthened;the enthusiasm of staff is low;the mosquito killing is lack of rationality;low degree of problem with the residents.Should be in the daily work,pay attention to mosquito monitoring,periodic dengue fever risk assessment.Street and community health service centers to strengthen awareness and education of dengue fever,distributed leaflets,posters posted dengue prevention and control,to raise awareness of the prevention of dengue fever.All relevant work units should regularly carry out training and prevention and control of dengue related knowledge,mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and risk awareness.Can choose clinical medicine,public health,social work and other experts of dengue fever emergency management team of experts,to further improve the emergency management of dengue fever prevention and control programs and plans for emergency management of the daily work of dengue fever.Need to further improve the dengue crisis warning system.Through the usual regular training and drills,the relevant staff are to master the basic knowledge and key points of dengue fever in emergency management,in the face of large-scale epidemic can take time for.The use of a reasonable communication management methods,improve the health staff incentives,as well as the use of WeChat and other public new media operations in a timely manner to release news and
