Object: The aim of this study is know the present situation of stage of change of dyslipidemia patients and access the effectivenss of a stage-matched intervention on increase physical activity in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods:The first part of this study, complying with the convenient sampling principle, about 204 dyslipidmia patients who were met the research criterions in community in Hangzhou are included in the study. The self-designed questionnaire of general demography included gender, age, height, educational background,income,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and so on,the professor Zeng Yuexia guided the Doctor Lin Daifeng compiled the exercise stages of change, exercise processes of change, exercise decisional balance, and exercise self-efficiency questionnaire were used to investigation. The second part of this study is including 80 dyslilpidemia patients from the first part of study who were in precontemplation stage, contemplation stage and prepare stage.Dyslipidemia patients were randomly assigned to receive health education of dyslipidemia plus the monthly telephone fellow-up and health education of dyslipidemia coupled with the matching intervention based on the stage of TTM.the data of the stage of change, the process of change, the dicisional balance, the selfefficacy, physical activity, physical form index and serum biochemical indexes were collected before and after intervention.Microsoft Office 2013 Excel was used to dataentry,SPSS22.0 was used to statistical analysis. Results: 1.In this study,a total of 204 questionnaires distributed and a total of 185 questionnaires were collected, questionnaires with uncompleted answers or suspected unreal answers were excluded with 90.69% collecting rate,175 questionnaires with detailed content were collected with the 94.59% effective rate.In the precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance were 49,38,35,20,and 33 people;each accounted for 28%,21.7%,20.0%,11.4% and 18.9%.2.There are 69.7% in the inactive group and 30.3% in the active group.3.there was statistically significant between stage of change and whether have physical exercise in last 6 months, diagnostic time, whether taking drugs, chronic disease class.4.there has statistically significant between the stage of change and the using frequency of the self-reevaluation,environment reevaluation, social liberation, counterconditoning, stimulus control,reinforcement,self-liberation;The decisional balance,self-efficacy was also have statistically significant differences between the stage of change.5.Multiple logistic regression analysis shows that self-efficacy,counterconditioning,have had sports in last 6 months did have a significant influence on the stage of change. The increase of self-efficacy scores, the addition frequency of counterconditioning use and have had sports in last 6 months could dramatically increase the rate of the dyslipidemia patients from the earlier stage of change to later stage of change.6.There was no statistical significant difference in stage of change between two groups after intervention(P>0.05);there was a statistical significant difference in the utilization rate of exercise processes of change between two groups after intervention(P<0.05);There was a statistical significant difference in exercise selfefficiency, exercise decisional balance, mild exercise, moderate exercise, total scores of exercise between two groups after intervention(P<0.05)。Conclusion: 1.There is only one third dyslilpidemia patients who have regular physical exercise.2.The stage of dyslipidemia patients was effected by the time of dyslipidemia diagnosis, whether accepted medicine treatment, the class of chronic disease, whether have physical active in last half year, the pron of physical active,Alternative behavior.Whether have physical active in last half year, the pron of physical active,Alternative behavior is an important factor to change patient stage, predictable the stage of change direction, and the prediction rate is higher.3.The exercise behavior intervention based on the transtheoretical can effectively improve the mild exercise and moderate amount of exercise, and the effect is better than the conventional exercise behavior intervention.4.The exercise behavior interveiton hased on the transthoeretical model can improve the use frequency of the process of change, exercise self-efficacy,Pros,reduce of the Consof the patients with dyslipidemia, and the effect is better than the conventional exercise behavior intervention.5.Both intervtions can help the dyslipidemia patients to control body weight,BMIand dyslipidemia, but the intervention effects have no statisticals.
