Changes Of Mutifidus Muscle MRI Parameters In The Diagnosis Of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Purpose: Our study was to explore the the MRI imaging changes of multifidus muscle in the isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis patients,and compared with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,found the rules,to explore the clinical value.Methods: A retrospective imaging study used in our study.The selection between September 2013 and September 2015,60 cases of isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis as the research object,the L3 slippage in 3,L4 slippage 35 cases(I°degree15 cases,II° degree 20 cases),L5 slippage 22 cases,aged 40 to 70 years old,male 18 cases,female 42 cases,60 patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and healthy physical examination data of 60 cases of control group,the measured object of gender,age and body mass index(BMI)no difference,parallel ODI low back pain rating scale(Oswestry disability index).Image J software used to measure L3/4,L4/5 and L5 / S1 intervertebral disc level level crack net cross sectional area of crack more muscles of the cross section area ratio(LCSA/GCSA)ratio.The quantitative data was both measured in the isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis group and in the normal control group,two independent sample t test was used to statistical analysis,the data was analyzed by two independent sample t-test different between type of spondylolysis L4 slippage slippage and the corresponding degree in the degenerative L4 spondylolisthesis;Spondylolysis patients with different phases slippage three levels data and return a degenerativet segmental slippage between the three levels in patients with data using two independent sample t-test,chi-square test is used to analyse the classification data.Results: The three different level data in the patients with isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis were different from the control group(P < 0.05),the data of different level three different level degree in the isthmic L4 spondylolisthesis patientswas different from the corrosponding level in the degenerative L4 spondylolisthesis(P < 0.05).The datas of three segment in the isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis were different from the corresponding segment in the degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(P < 0.05).Conclusions: This study found that isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis group compared to the control group,the multifidus cross-sectional area reduction,multifidus muscle degeneration,which is the basis for the diagnosis of isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis.
