ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of cranial suture reconstruction and cranial angioplasty in the treatment of craniosynostosis.MethodRetrospective analysis of clinical data of craniostenosis patients in our hospital from July 2013 to Septemer 2016 were divided into A group,22 cases and 21 cases in B group,and the age,gender,medical reasons,intracranial pressure of the two groups of patients were analyzed by SPSS software,the operative time,postoperative bleeding the amount,postoperative complication rate,hospitalization cost and recurrence rate were analyzed.ResultsThere were no significant differences in the operation time,blood loss,hospital expenses of A group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications and postoperative recurrence rate of B group(P>0.05).ConclusionCranial suture reconstruction has the same characteristics and effective in calvarial plasty and reconstruction of cranial suture can greatly reduce bleeding and operation time,raise the security.
