| Objective:Taking the Smecta racecadotril treatment as a control to observe the efficacy and safety of Huang Bai granule in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis with damp heat syndrome.control(positive drug control)design of clinical research methods,will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group,each group of 30.Methods:a randomized parallel groupcases.According to the condition of the two groups,they were given basic rehydration therapy,treatment group was treated with Huang Bai granule,the control group was given smecta racecadotril,course of 5 days.After treatment,compare the two groups with stool frequency,stool traits,fever,vomiting and other aspects of treatment and medication safety.Result:In the treatment group,23 cases(76.67%)had normal stool frequency,while the control group,16 cases(53.33%),P=0.039;In the treatment group,there were 23 cases children with normal stool property(76.67%)and the control group only 16 cases(50%),two groups of data comparison,the differences were statistically significant;Two groups of stool frequency and character,temperature,vomiting,abdominal pain,dehydration and other major clinical symptoms recovery time,the treatment group was better;The total effective rate of the two groups were respectively 96.67%and 93.33%,and the cure rate was 76.67%and 53.33%respectively,as P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the Huang Bai granule is better;In the rotavirus negative rate,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and no side effects were observed during the whole treatment.Conclusion:In the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis,Huang Bai granule effects significantly in the diarrhea,fever,vomiting,it can shorten the course of disease,and the curative effect is obviously better than Smecta combined with racecadotril group.It is safe and effective in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis with damp heat syndrome. |
