The Clinical Research Of Impact Of The TongnaoYizhi Granule On Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongnao Yizhi Granule in the treatment of renal essence deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis-type vascular cognitive impairment,and to evaluate its safety,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of vascular cognitive disorder by traditional Chinese medicine intervention.Methods:60 patients are divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random parallel control.30 patients in the control group are treated with western medicine.30 patients in the treatment group are treated with Tongnao Yizhi granules in the basic treatment group.Two groups of medication are 12 weeks,Before and after taking medicine,respectively observed the Activities Daily Living Scale(ADL),Blessed Behavior Scale(BBS),Alzheimer Disease Assessment Scale cognitive subscale((ADAS-cog),TCM Syndrome Symptom Points(SDSVD)and blood homocysteine(HCY)levels.Results:? Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:The total effective rate is 83.33%in the treatment group and 36.67%in the control group.? Clinical efficacy comparison:There is no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups before sex,age,basic disease,cognitive scale,TCM syndrome score and serological index.Activities Daily Living Scale(ADL),Blessed Behavior Scale(BBS)and Alzheimer Disease Assessment Scale cognitive subscale(ADAS-cog)score,TCM syndrome score(SDSVD),and blood homocysteine(HCY)levels are decreased,but the treatment group decreased significantly,the degree of decline is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical differences.? Safety indicators evaluation:Tongnao Yizhi particles on the patient's blood,urine,fecal routine,liver function(ALT),renal function(Bun,Scr),ECG and so did not cause adverse effects in the treatment process did not appear bad event.Conclusion:Tongnao Yizhi granules combine with western medicine can intervene in the cognitive function of patients with vascular cognitive impairment,improve the daily living ability,Blessed behavioral ability and TCM symptoms of patients,to reduce the level of homocysteine to a certain extent,and Safe and effective.However,due to the limited conditions,the subject case study is relatively small,the observation index is simple,the cycle is short,the exact effect still need further large sample,multi-center in-depth study.
