The Clinical Research On Longchai Decoction Combined With Entecavir To Treat Syndrome Of Liver-stagnation And Spleen-deficiency And Middle Energizer Dampness-heat-toxin Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Longchai decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B for providing a new treatment of CHB by combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine.Methods:This study selects 60 patients with HBV and divides them into treatment group and control group,each with 30,which follows the principle of random assignment.With the overall treatment of 24 weeks and by observing their changes in clinical manifestations,signs,liver fuction,HbsAg and HBV DNA during the treatment period,the treatment group was given Longchai decoction with entecavir while the control group was provided entecavir.After that,the clinical efficacy can be analyzed by referring relevant efficacy evaluation criteria and utilizing SPSS 20.0.Result:1.TCM symptom manifestations:After 12 weeks,the fraction of TCM symtoms of the treatment group was 15.53±6.20,6.90±3.49 drop compared that figure before the treatment,while the control group was 17.46±6.77,4.90±2.72.Clinical improvement was made in both groups with statistical significance(P<0.01).After 24 weeks,the fraction of TCM symtoms of the treatment group was 8.73±5.79,the decline was 13.70±4.92 compared with 24 weeks ago.While the control group was 13.40±7.23 and 9.03±4.58 was declined.It also made a sense.Result shows that the two groups can both improve clinical symptoms.The Longchai decoction was better than the other in reducing hypochondriac pain,fatigue,diarrhea and bitter taste.The effect is more obvious when the treatment longer.2.Liver function:Both of the two groups can reduce ALT,AST;?-GT,TbiL.Longchai decoction has a good effect in imprving liver function.3.HBeAg:7 patients turned into negetive in treatment group while only 5 petients in control group after 24 weeks.Negative rate was 28%and 20.8%.The two data had no statistical signficance(P=0.742).4.Virological response:After 24 weeks,the Complete response rate of the longchai group was 26.67%and the control group was 20%,there are no difference between the two groups(P=0.798).5.Comparison of side effects:No exception.Conclusion:The Longchai decoction cooperated with Entecavir is good at treating chronic hepatitis B with Liver-Stagnation and Spleen-Deficiency and middle energizer dampness-heat-toxin.The prescription of Longchai decoction is reasonable and the result is obvious.We can be sure that there will be a mass sue of Longchai decoction in future.
