Study On The Effect Of Autologous Fat Of Different Donor Site Transplantation To Forehead

Objective:To analyze the role of the different donor site in the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation to forehead by examining the changes of the soft tissue thickness.Methods:A total of 20 cases underwent facial autologous fat granule transplantation,aged 23-40 years old,healthy,no smoking drinking history and surgery contraindications,were selected from the Plastic Surgery department of the first affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University in January 2015-June 2016.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:group A:fat granule were taken from part of the lateral thigh,group B:fat granule were taken from part of the abdomen.Ultrasound was used to measure the soft tissue thickness of transplantation area.The two groups data were recorded the variation of soft tissue thickness before operation,recorded at the week and 3 months after operation,and postoperative satisfaction.Result:Analyzed the changes of the soft tissue thickness of the two groups after fat grafting to forehead by SPSS20.0 software.Comparing the data before and after the operation,using the independent samples t-test(P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the thickness of the fixation between the two groups.The fat graft survival(FGS)of the group A was 53.18±14.63%,the rate of the group B was 49.95±11.02%(t=0.558,P>0.05),the thickness of the group A and the group B was not statistically different(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of the group A was 80%,the flatness was 90%.The group B satisfaction was 70%,and the flatness was 80%.We did not observe any complications,and the skin of the forehead area was improved in different degree.Conclusion:1.No obvious difference between the lateral thighs and abdomen for forehead fat grafting;2.After autologous fat transplantation,the skin smooth improved obviously.3.The frontal autologous fat transplantation postoperative effect is satisfied,fat as a frontal filling material quantity relatively simple operation,restore faster.
