The Related Study Of Mother-infant Interaction With The Development Of Premature Infants

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the level of mother infant interaction and the developmental of premature infants.MethodsCollected 115 premature infants with gestational age 28-37 weeks from September 2014 to December 2015 in the Army General Hospital child health clinic.Through the exclusion criteria: multiple births;neonatal congenital malformations;serious premature complications;neonatal Apgar score of 7 or less;failed in hearing screening;multipara;bad habits(such as drugs)have a history of mental illness,70 premature infants are qualified.Complete the scale about the mothers and infants general conditions.Follow-up investigation the 70 premature infants born body weight,body length for one year.In the correction of 11 months of age,two professional staff using Nursing Child Assessment Feed Scale(NCAFS)to evaluate the level of mother-infant interaction.In the correction of 12 months age,using the Gesell Developmental Schedules to evaluate the development of infants.A specialized doctor will do the Gesell's assessment.Gesell developmental assessment was divided into five items,each of which was more than 85 in the normal group,and less than 85 in the other group.The evaluation of growth and development was based on the Z score,Z=(measured value of individual reference value)/ standard deviation,lower than the 2 standard deviation was divided into growth retardation group.According to 3 months of age weight and length were divided into two groups: one group is normal physique;another group is physique backward group.Use the statistical software for data analysis.? Analysis the basic information whether they have influence on the physical growth of premature infants.? Analysis whether the mother-infant interaction influence the physical growth of premature infants.? The level of mother-interaction with Gesell Development Schedules to assess whether there is influence.Used nonparametric test?chi square test?independent sample t test and correlation analysis to analyze the data.Results? In this study,there was a correlation between the mode of delivery and the physical development of premature infants.The proportion of physical development(18.7%)in natural labor was less than that in cesarean section(81.25%)(P<0.05).Fetal age,birth weight,length of stay,gender,mother's education,feeding patterns was not significantly different from those of preterm infants(P>0.05).? Mother's sensitivity to babies score,mothers develop infants social emotional attitudes towards score,mother score,infant responsive to the mother score,the mother infant interaction score was significant differences in statistics of physical development(P<0.05),the other was no statistical difference(P>0.05).? There is a positive correlation in the level of mother score,total score and Gesell scale score with the adaptability and ability of language and personal-social ability(P<0.05),there is no correlation with infants score(P>0.05).The level of maternal infants interaction was not related to the large movements and fine movements in the Gesell scale(P>0.05).? Mothers develop infants social emotional attitudes towards score of the adaptability normal group was significaly higher than that of non normal group(P<0.05),the other was no statisticaldifference(P> 0.05).? The fine motor normal group in the mother's sensitivity to babies score,mothers develop infants social emotional attitudes towards score,infants score,total score was significantly higher than non normal group(P<0.05),the other was no statistical difference(P>0.05).? The language ability normal group in mother's sensitivity to babies score,mothers develop infants social emotional attitudes towards score,infants score,total score significantly higher than the non normal language group(P<0.05),the other was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion?There is correlation between the mode of delivery and premature infants physical development,natural childbirth has a low proportion of physical development backwardness.?The level of mother infant interaction is positively related to the growth and development of premature infants.? Mother infant interaction was positively related to neuro developmental development in preterm infants.
