Objective:This topic herbal application guchong decoction add and subtracttreatment of the spleen qi deficiency type with menorrhagia was observed.This method is used to evaluate the therapeutic effect,which provides the theoretical basis for the clinical application and popularization of this method.Methods:This study collected from March 2015-2017 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,Department of gynecology clinic patients in.Choose to meet the inclusion criteria of ovulation menorrhagia(spleen deficiency syndrome)of 64 patients,according to the exclusion criteria,inclusion criteria,and scoring criteria to choose 18-45 years old,were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment order,that is,the traditional Chinese medicine group of 32 cases,the traditional Chinese medicine group of 32 cases.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with the current clinical application of uterine blood stasis.The changes of menstrual bleeding before and after treatment were observed,improvement of TCM syndrome and follow-up of 3 months after drug withdrawal,comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy of the two treatments.Results:1.The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01),There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in treatment group was 93.33%,and that of control group was 73.33%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).2.The scores of menstrual blood loss after treatment in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01),The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing menstrual volume after treatment(P<0.05),The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 76.67%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The scores of main symptoms after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01),There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.The recovery rate of the two groups was three months after the discontinuation of the treatment.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 28.6%,and that of the control group was 33%.Results:1.The traditional Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group have obvious advantages in improving the amount of excess,while the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is more obvious.2.The traditional Chinese medicine group has more advantages than the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving the quantity,color,quality and fatigue.3.Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for the treatment of qi deficiency type of menorrhagia effect is more accurate,and long-term treatment effect is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,for the treatment of menorrhagia.
