Objective:This study aimed to analyze the target hospital surgeon competence characteristics and research,through the study hospital surgeon competencies model,to do characteristic element as reference standard,the unified national examination of medical practitioners through the premise that use the standard for target hospitals selected excellent surgeons,maximizing the value of the surgeon,for target hospitals surgeon post personnel to provide advisory guidance of career planning,etc.Research methods:1.According to the literature retrieval and analysis,field observation,open questionnaire investigation,methods of job analysis,expert group discussion,determine the surgeon competence characteristics item library;2.According to the above survey results by setting the surgeon competence characteristics elements nuclear inspection table "to the target hospital surgeon of various competence characteristics items assessed the importance,target hospital surgeon basic competence characteristics are obtained;3.The surgeon of 22 goals hospital behavior event interview,according to the performance standards will be interview surgeons are divided into excellent group and performance level of general performance level,by comparing the characteristics of good performance and flat group differences,it is concluded that the surgeon diagnostic competence characteristics;4.According to the establishment of the medical dictionary of competence characteristics of surgery and target hospital surgeon basic competence characteristics,diagnostic competence characteristics build targets hospital surgeon competencies model;5.On the basis of the target hospital surgeon competencies model and goals of the surgeon’s hospital training mode to provide guidance for target hospital surgical selection.Results:1.To compile the dictionary of competence of the surgeon,and to define the name,number and grade level of the competent feature entry;2.According to the results of the evaluation of the importance of the characteristics of the surgeon at the target hospital,the basic competence of the surgeon who has seven competencies for the competence of the characteristics is obtained.3.To identify the competence characteristics of a surgeon who has 15 competencies for the performance of the target hospital.4.Combining the characteristics of the surgeon’s competence,the basic competence and the ability to identify the competence of the target hospital.Conclusion:Hospital surgeon competencies model system contains seven basic competence characteristics,diagnostic up to 15 characters and six factors,and the results of target hospital surgeon’s recruitment,training,selection,performance appraisal,career planning has guiding significance,etc.
