OBJECTIVE:To investigate the relationship between SHBG level and glycolipid metabolism in patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS,and to explore the value of SHBG in the metabolism of glycolipid in patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS,and to provide the basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Methods:Based on the data collected from the clinical research information platform,251 cases of phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS patients were selected from January 2001 to December 2016 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And the correlation between SHBG level and glycolipid metabolism was recorded.SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:1.Comparison of clinical signs:The body weight,BMI and fat loss rate of SHBG group were significantly higher than those of SHBG group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age,menarche age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,achenes and acne between the two groups,and no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of sex hormones:The DHEAS and FAI of SHBG group were significantly higher than those of SHBG group(P<0.01).SHBG low value group AND higher than SHBG normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH,LH,LH/FSH and T between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of glucose metabolic indicators:The FPG of SHBG group was higher than that of SHBG group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly higher than those in SHBG group(P<0.01).The incidence of IGT in SHBG group was significantly higher than that in SHBG group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of T2DM between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Comparison of lipid metabolism:The levels of TG,APOB and APOB/APOA in SHBG group were significantly higher than those in SHBG group(P<0.01),HDL-C and APOA were significantly lower than those in SHBG group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in TC,LDL-C and LPA between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.SHBG was positively correlated with HDL and APOA,and negatively correlated with body weight,BMI,DHEAS,AND,FINS,HOMA-IR,FAI and APOB/APOA in SHBG and PCB patients.Conclusion:1.SHBG and FINS,HOMA-IR was negatively correlated with low SHBG levels of phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS patients prone to abnormal glucose.2.SHBG was positively correlated with HDL and APOA,and negatively correlated with APOB/APOA.Low SHBG levels of phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS patients prone to dyslipidemia.3.SHBG and body weight,BMI,DHEAS,AND was negatively correlated with low SHBG levels of phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS patients prone to obesity and higher levels of androgen.
