Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with FES on walking function of incomplete spinal cord injury. Methods:The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of rehabilitation of 40 patients meet the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, each group of 20 people. Two groups received conventional rehabilitation therapy, the control group:the use of Jiaji electro acupuncture, electrical stimulation to the needle negative connecting adjacent muscles beat or patients tolerated for degrees, the needle for 30 minutes;the treatment group:the Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with the use of 2 sets of GYKF-? type for rehabilitation, use the training mode and step for training at the same time and every 20 minutes. After 4 weeks of treatment, the walking ability of patients before and after rehabilitation was evaluated by ASIA lower limb motor function, sensory function score, surface electromyography and WISCI ?.Results:1 ASIA motor and sensory function score:after treatment, two groups of patients with ASIA score were improved, there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two patients with ASIA score compared with before treatment, improved statistical difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).2 Surface EMG values:after treatment, two groups of patients with RMS,IEMG,compared with the increased mean and MF index before treatment, the difference was statistically(P<0.05);after the treatment in the two groups of data comparison between groups, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 WISCI score:after treatment, two groups of patients with WISCI score compared with before treatment were improved,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiaji electro acupuncture,Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with FES can improve the walking function of patients with grade L1 injury below C.2.Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with FES is superior to Jiaji electroacupuncture.
