Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With The Joint Effusion By Dafangfeng Soup Addition And Subtraction

Objective:The clinical effect of "dafangfeng" soup add and subtract party used inside and outside of classic prescriptions book "taiping huimin" pharmacopoeia on knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion.To study theoretical basis and practical value of compatibility and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription on knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion.On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine theory,to manifest a new feature of one method dual use and the therapies of internal and external,in order to further find an effective,convenient and practical new method on knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion.Method:Select 60 patients from December 2015 to January 2017 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Using the principle of randomized control,which was divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases.Oraled the"dafangfeng" soup and decoction of the package in external use,which was used treatment group.The patient of control group oraled golden lotus capsules.Both groups were evaluated by marking systerm at 3 weeks after a course of treatment and assessed according to the criterion therapeutical effect.According to the results of the two groups between the statistical comparison to determine the effectiveness of the treatment group and practical.Result:The treatment group and the control group in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion in the process have a significant effect.Both group were significantly improved in VAS pain score,joint effusion score and functional score(P<0.05).There were 8 cases of clinical control in the treatment group and 20 cases of symptom improvement,no obvious condition aggravated patients,total efficiency 93.3%.There were 4 cases of clinical control in the treatment group and 19 cases of symptom improvement,the 7 patients who were ineffective,2 of them increased,5 patients had no significant change in condition,total efficiency 76.7%.Significantly lower than the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion has obvious therapeutic effect by "dafangfeng"soup addition and subtraction.Drug source easy to get,.Has a feature of one method dual use and the therapies of internal and external.No obvious side effects.acceptance and operability is good,and cost reasonable.Worthy of clinical use.
