Objective:In this study,we used polylactic acid anti-adhesion membrane +intrauterine device + estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle combined therapy, and the traditional postoperative anti-adhesion method by comparing the postoperative rate of intrauterine adhesions, uterine morphological recovery, menstrual improvement As well as postoperative pregnancy rate and other aspects of polylactic acid anti-adhesion film in the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after the recurrence of the value. Methods:Through retrospective analysis from July 2014 to December 2016 and hospital diagnosed with intrauterine adhesions and TCRA in our hospital120 patients, and in accordance with the postoperative use of different anti-adhesion way(Control group(balloon + sodium hyaluronate + IUD +estrogen and progesterone cycle)and the experimental group(polylactic acid anti-adhesion membrane + IUD + estrogen and progesterone cycle),the two groups were postoperative estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle treatment,And prevent the use of antibiotics.Through the analysis of the two groups of patients with preoperative menstrual status, intrauterine adhesions index, pregnancy and two groups of patients after menstrual improvement, uterine morphological recovery, the incidence of re-adhesion and pregnancy rate differences. This study compared with x2 test,P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Result:There was no significant difference in the general data(age, intrauterine operation, gestational age, duration)between the two groups(P> 0.05).The changes of menstrual changes and the ratio of intrauterine adhesions The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)1.The difference of menstrual improvement between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant.(X2 = 14.371 P =0.001 P<0.05)2.The difference of intrauterine adhesions recurrence rate between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant(x2 =19.606 P <0.01)3.There was significant difference in the recovery of uterine cavity between the control group and the experimental group(x2 = 25.378 P<0.01)4.There was no significant difference between the postoperative control group and the experimental group(x2 = 0.106 P = 0.744 P> 0.05)Conclusion;Compared with the traditional way(balloon + sodium hyaluronate +IUD + estrogen and progesterone)1)Poly L-lactic acid anti-adhesion membrane can be effective in reducing the recurrence rate of long-term postoperative adhesions, improve the uterine cavity morphology.2)It can significantly improve the situation of menstrual abnormalities, conducive to the recovery of menstruation, lay the foundation for long-term pregnancy.3)Although this experiment is not clear that the way can effectively improve the long-term pregnancy rate, but from the data comparison and fundamentally improve the recurrence rate of adhesions and menstrual situation, inferred that it can improve the pregnancy rate, effectivelyimprove the palace Cavity adhesion caused by reproductive dysfunction. But if you want to clearly verify this conclusion also need this method for further application, increase the sample size in the data analysis...
