Isolation And Structure Elucidation Of The Alkaliods From Amaryllidaceae Of Hippeastrum Vittatum.

The Hippeastrum vittatum(Ait.)Herb,perennial herb of Amaryllidaceae,has the detoxifying effect of detumescence,attending carbuncle sore swollen poison as a medicine.In order to develop and make full use of this plant resources,the chemical constituents of the plant were investigated in this paper,which is mainly about the isolation and the structural identification of the alkaloids from the bulbs of Hippeastrum vittatum(Ait.)Herb.This article has made full research on th alkaloids from the bulbs of Hippeastrum vittatum(Ait.)Herb,including several parts as follows:1.Referring to the related literature,we reviewed the latest research progress of plants of Hippeastrum genus in chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and so on.2.In order to further study on the chemical constituents,the extraction and separation of the plant of Hippeastrum vittatum(Ait.)Herb.were preformed.Hippeastrum vittatum was extracted with methanol,the methanol extracts were subjected to D-101 macroporous resin chromatography eluted with aqueous methanol,and finaly the total alkaloids were obtained from the 70% methanol eluate.The total alkaloids were further chromatographied on silica gel column repeatedly and nine compounds were obtained.3.By physico-chemical property and spectral analysis methods,the nine compounds were identified as: montanine(I),11-epi-montanin(II),8-O-demethylhomolycorenine(III),hippeastrine(IV),4a-epi-hippeastrine(V),lycorine(VI),pseudolycorine(VII),ungeremine(VIII),and 8-O-demethylvasconine(IX),among which,III,,VII,VIII,IX were isolated for the first time and II,V were new compounds...
