| Objective:By contrasting the Benefit Kidney Solid Particles prescription combined progesterone capsule and the pure progesterone capsule in the therapeutic effects of Early Habitual Abortion with Abortion Patients were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group and the control group,36 cases in treatment group by the progesterone capsule and Benefit Kidney Solid Particles prescription and 36 cases in control group with pure progesterone capsule.All of the cases started to take the medicines when they were confirmed in gestation until 12 th weeks of their pregnancy.The paper observed mainly symptoms and signs of pregnancy at 4,8,12 weeks of progesterone,β-h CG,estradiol level changes,pregnancy 2,4,12 weeks of conventional type-B ultrasonic in the detection of intrauterine pregnancy gestation sac and fetal development,dynamic monitoring is necessary.Before treatment and at the end of treatment of until 12 th weeks of their pregnancy,liver and kidney function index changes were objective detected to evaluate the differences between the two groups,The paper compared different treatment schedule clinical efficacy and safety of Benefit Kidney Solid Particles prescription.Results:1.Compare before and after clinical treatment efficacy:The treatment group 7 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 86.67%;4 cases were cured in the control group,9 cases were markedly effective,8 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was statistically significant 70%,difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the before treatment group of TCM syndrome score was 12.40+4.39,after the treatment of TCM syndrome score was 2.87+2.33,the before control group treatment of TCM syndrome score was 12.33+5.27,after the treatment of TCM syndrome score was 6.43+5.41,comparison two groups,there were remarkable significant differences(P<0.01);the after treatment group of TCM syndrome totally effective rate was 90%,the cure rate was 30%,marked for 36.67%,efficiency for 23.34%,no efficiency for 10%,the after control group treatment of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 66.63%,the cure rate was 20%,marked for 20%,efficiency for 25%,no efficiency for 33.34%,two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of two groups of each individual symptom scores were in the group after treatment: the treatment group individual symptom scores were remarkable statistically significant(P<0.01);the control group in the waist pain,abdominal pain and distension,lassitude were statistically significant;the dizziness and tinnitus,complexion,loose stool,frequent urination at night,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);comparison between groups:the vagina bleeding,backache pain,abdominal pain,thin sloppy stool were statistically differences(P<0.05);the lassitude with significant difference(P<0.01),but the improvement of abdominal distension,dizziness,tinnitus,complexion,there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).2.The progesterone,β-HCG,estradiol level changes: compared two groups of progesterone before and after treatment,there was remarkable statistically significant difference(P<0.01);comparison between groups:after 2 weeks of treatment and treatment to pregnant 12 weeks,the difference were remarkable statistically significant(P<0.01),after 4 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).compared two groups of β-HCG group,there was remarkable statistically significant difference(P<0.01);comparison between groups: after 4 weeks of treatment and treatment to pregnant 12 weeks,the difference were remarkable statistically significant(P<0.01);after 2 weeks of treatment no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);compared two groups of estradiol group: there was remarkable statistically significant difference(P<0.01);comparison between groups: after 2 weeks of treatment and treatment to pregnant 12 weeks,the difference were remarkable statistically significant(P<0.01),after 4 weeks of treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Pregnancy outcome:After treatment,two groups were coincident with the B-monitoring fetus with gestational age,treatment group pregnancy success rate was90%,control group pregnancy success rate was 63.33%,compared two groups of patients with pregnancy outcome,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);two patients were followed up,no abnormalities or fetal and neonatal development abnormal.4.Safety index: before treatment and to the end of the 12 week of pregnancy treatment,the blood AST,ALT,GGT,Cr,BUN test indicators were test in the normal range,there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment group after Benefit Kidney Solid Particles prescription combined with pure progesterone treatment each single TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased,the success rate of pregnancy was significantly increased,indicating Benefit Kidney Solid Particles prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of Early Habitual Abortion with type of Spleen-Kidney deficiency abortion,improve the success rate of pregnancy.2.After the treatment group,Benefit Kidney Solid Particles prescription combined with progesterone therapy in treatment of solid tire,are improved to different degree of Early Habitual Abortion with type of Spleen-Kidney deficiency patients serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),beta CG(β-HCG)level.3.Benefit Kidney Solid Particles prescription in the early treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency of two type of sliding fetus in pregnant patients with curative effect,witiout obvious adverse reactions and side effects,which is a certain clinical value worthy of further study and more patients with sliding benefit.4.Combine Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine treatment is an effective method for clinical treatment of Early Habitual Abortion with type of Spleen-Kidney deficiency patients.Not only the patient easy to accept but also promote better clinical efficacy,which is the overall development trend of the future treatment of this disease. |
