| Objective:At the present now,tuina treating the palpitation caused by thoracic vertebra,is not prescise enough,controllable bad.Aim at the question,the fine tuning of thoracic vertebra,with my tutor’s clinical experience,is thought a more effective treatment comparing with traditional tuina.Methods:The 60 patients who according to the diagnostic be selected,and filed in to the experimental and the control group randomly and single-blindly.The fine tuning of thoracic vertebra be used in experimental group and traditional tuina for control group.All patients are treated daily,for 10 period.The symptom,sign,ADL,and dynamic ECG are selected to estimate the result of pre-and post-treatment of 2groups.all data is analyzed statistically.Results: After screening cases up to the diagnostic standards 60 cases,accomplishing the clinical study finally,filed in to experimental and control group.All data of 2groups analyzed,there is no statistical difference(P>0.05),having comparebility.1.Comparison of clinical symptom:Both 2 groups have significant differenceamong symptoms,signs and ADL between pre-and post-treatment(P<0.05).There are 8cases,10 cases,9 cases,3 cases of curd,excellent,effective and invalid,90% of totally effective rate for experimental group.There are 3 cases,6 cases,16 cases,5 cases of curd,excellent,effective and invalid,83.33% of totally effective rate for control group.Comparing of the effective rate between 2 groups,there is statistical difference(P<0.05),which suggests the totally effective rate of experimental group is better than control group.2.Comparison of clinical symptom:both 2 groups have significant differenceamong symptoms,signs and ADL between pre-and post-treatment(P<0.05).There are 8cases,10 cases,9 cases,3 cases of curd,excellent,effective and invalid,90% of totally effective rate for experimental group.there are 3 cases,6 cases,16 cases,5 cases of curd,excellent,effective and invalid,83.33% of totally effective rate for control group.Comparing of the effective rate between 2 groups,there is statistical difference(P<0.05),which suggests the totally effective rate of experimental group is better than control group.Conclusion:1.Both the fine tuning of thoracic vertebra and the traditional tuina have clinical effective for treating the palpitation Caused by thoracic vertebra.2.The improvement of clinical effective,dynamic ECG,symptom,sign and ADL for experimental group is better than control group.there is no untoward effect both 2groups.It suggests the fine tuning of thoracic vertebra is a effective and safe treatment,worthy to prompting. |
