| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy between Electroacupuncture Bangci and Kangfuxin Liquid for topical application in the treatment of Ⅱ pressure ulcers caused by spinal cordinjuries and to explore the more efficacy methods treating thepatients with Ⅱ pressure ulcers caused by spinal cord injuries.Methods:60 Ⅱ pressure sores caused by spinal cord injuries which were in accordance with the standards of the disease, bythe random number, were selected into treatment group and control group,30 pressure sores per group. The treatment groupwas treated by Electroacupuncture Bangci as follows:firstly, puncture directly the center of every pressure ulcer;Secondly, puncture obliquely healthy skin that is 1 cm apart from the rim of the pressure ulcer and make the needle tip 0.5 cun deeptowards the center of the pressure ulcer;Lastly, connect the oblique and direct needle handles with the positive and negative wires respectively. The control group was treated with a covered sterile gauze soaked by Kangfuxin Liquid after conventional debriding and sterilizing the bedsores. In treatment group:30 minutes in an energized state per time, once a day,6 dfor acupuncture,1 d for a break,4 courses of treatment(1 week as 1 course). In control group:1 times a day.6 d for acupuncture,1 d for a break,4 courses of treatment(1 week as 1 course).Unhealed areas and healing rates of each group wereCalculated before treatment, the fourteenth day later and the twentieth day later. The pressure sores were graded by PUSHgrading, the scores of which were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 to evaluate the effective rates of the two groups.Results:1.After 4 weeks, the total effective rates of the Electroacupuncture Bangci group and Kangfuxin Liquid group were 96.67%and 83.33%respectively.Therapeutic effect was statistically significant(P=0.023<0.05).2.After 4 weeks, the areas of pressure ulcers in both groups were significantly reduced. There were significantly different and statistically significant between two groups(t=4.099,P=0.0001<0.01).3.After 4 weeks,PUSH grading scores in both groups were lower than pretherapy, and the scores were significantly different and statistically significant between the two groups(t=3.342,P=0.0015<0.01).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture Bangci treatment and Kangfuxin Liquid treatment had beneficial effects on Ⅱ pressure ulcers caused by spinal cord injuries.2.Electroacupuncture Bangci treatment had better therapeutic effect on Ⅱ pressure ulcers caused by spinal cord injuries than Kangfuxin Liquid treatment. |
