To Explore The Value Of IVIM In The Imaging Evaluation Of Early Postoperative Efficacy Of HIFU In Uterine Fibroids

Objective: To explore the value of the quantitative parameters of IVIM(intra-voxel incoherent motion)diffusion-weighted imaging for the early postoperative evaluation of HIFU in uterine fibroids.Methods: Retrospective analyze 32 cases of uterine fibroids patients,altogether 39 fibroids(Including 27 cases solitary,5 cases multiple).The mean age of the patients is 42.6 years All patients are by the outpatient and physical examination found and confirmed uterine fibroids,and income our gynecological ward with want to HIFU surgery.One day before and within 24 hours of HIFU surgery perform the MRI examination respectively.Including conventional sequences(T1WI,T2 WI,T2 fat suppress sequences),dynamic enhance MRI,multiple b-value IVIM diffusion-weighted imaging.To observe the signal changes of the ablation area of the fibroids before and within 24 hours of HIFU.to measure the main parameters D *,D,f in the IVIM and the DCE-MRI semi-quantitative parameters MSI,SER.To analyze the differences of the IVIM and the dynamically enhanced parameters between the before and after surgery respectively,and the correlation between the D *,D,f and MSI,SER.Results: 1.HIFU preoperative and postoperative within 24 hours: The difference in f,D,MSI,SER values had statistical significance.The f value increased,and the D,MSI,SER values reduced;the difference in D* value had no statistical significance;2.There was no correlation between the value of f,D and D * in IVIM and the semi-quantitative parameters MSI and SER respectively,ever before or after HIFU.Conclusion: The DWI with multiple b values,no need to inject contrast agent,can't be completely replaced the DCE-MRI,but the D and f values,can be used with an auxiliary or supplement,in the early postoperative evaluation of HIFU in uterine fibroids when the situation can't be injected the contrast agent.
