Retrospective Analysis Of The Clinical Effects Of Different Healing Methods

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of Embedded type implant an Non embedded type implant system on the restoration of dentition defect,and to evaluate the clinical factors affecting the stability of the upper part of the implant and the surrounding tissue.Analysis of the relationship between different modes of implant healing between the crown root ratio and implant factors and inflammation around the history of peri implant marginal bone resorption,provide reference for clinical work in implant design and maintenance of the upper structure,improve the clinical effect and long-term success rate.Methods: The clinical use of non submerged implants and submerged implants were performed in 178 patients with 215 artificial implants,including non submerged implant 82,submerged implant 133,before and after the repair,after 36 months of follow-up,the crown of the day and 6,12,24,36 months after the check orthopantomograph.And make a calculation to the alveolar bone loss.Statistical analysis u-sing SPSS 17 software.Results: Less than 55 years of age for most patients,170 cases,accounting for 79.81%,the implantation site of mandibular than maxillary,mandibular posterior area up to 115 cases,accounting for 53.48%.There were significant differences in the occurrence rate of mechanical complications of the prosthesis with different fixateon methods.The incidence of mechanical complications was 19.35%,and the incidence of the corresponding fixation was about 7.27%.The success rate of the crown structure was 90.70%.The failure rate of the implant was 1.81% in the past3 years,and the reasons for the failure of the implant may be improper selection of the implant,early occlusal trauma,bad habits and so on.Mandibular posterior single tooth loss in the case of CRR,no significant difference in different healing;in different healing modes after 3 years of implant and bone tissue around t-he implant bone absorption amount is increasing,different healing the vegetative g-rowth rate is different;non submerged implant marginal bone resorption group in the crown on the same day,6 months after the repair were significantly large submerged implant group(P<0.05);embedded implant marginal bone resorption in repair group 12 months after bone absorption of large amount of non submerged implant group(P<0.05),in 24,36 months after the repair when no obvious difference between the two.Two kinds of healing methods of the 3 year cumulative survival rate of the implant were respectively 98.74% and 97.74%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: That strict examination be fore operation,the comprehensive analysis of the factors to choose the indications,operation,avoid early occlusal trauma after operation,and guide the patients to g-rasp the maintenance method correctly is the premise and guarantee of success.T-here was no significant difference in CRR between different healing methods,and the effects of the two methods on bone resorption were different.
