Objective To discuss the influencing factors of central neck lymph node in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,and to guide clinical therapy.Methods:A retrospectively analyzed with logist of Clinical and pathological data of 360 cases of thyroid papillary microcarcinoma in our hospital fromJuly 2013 to April 2016 in the Vascular and Thyroid Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Results: a total of 103 patients(28.61%)had lymph node metastasis in 360 patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma(PTMC).The 78 cases(21.67%)onlycentral lymph node metastasis,19 cases(5.28%)had centraland lateral neck lymph node metastasis,6 cases(1.67%)only lateral neck lymph node metastasis.Patients with central cervical lymph node metastasis and the gender,age,tumor diameter was significantly related(P<0.05).Conclusion: combined with the patients gender,age,tumor diameter,in surgeons experienced,skilled premise,it is recommended for patients with PTMC for prevention of central neck lymph node dissection(CLND).
