Objective:To observe the effect of Gualouxiebai Banxia Tang on left ventricular function and left ventricular remodeling in myocardial infarction patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome by Tissue Doppler and Real-time Three-dimensional Echocardiography.Methods:60 patients with phlegm-type myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups:control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).All the patients were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)within 12 hours after acute myocardial infarction.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate,atorvastatin calcium tablets,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)and P-blockers.On the oral administration of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.The changes of left ventricular function and left ventricular remodeling index were observed by echocardiography in January and June,respectively.(1)Left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDd)and end-diastolic diameter(LVDd),shortening fraction(FS),stroke volume(SV),interventricular septum and left ventricular wall The systolic velocity of the mitral annulus(Sm)measured by two-dimensional and M-type ultrasonography were assessed left ventricular systolic function changes in the experimental group and the control group after baseline,the first month,the sixth month.(2)Mitral inflow channel early diastolic velocity(E peak),diastolic velocity(A peak),E/A value and E peak deceleration time(DT),Ventricular septum and left ventricular septal mitral annulus velocity of early diastolic velocity(E'),diastolic velocity(A'),E '/A',E/E,and cardiac work index Tei index measured by echocardiography tissue Doppler imaging were assessed left ventricular diastolic function changes in the experimental group and the control group after baseline,the first month,the sixth month.(3)Left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),end-systolic volume(LVESV),stroke volume(LVSV),ejection fraction(LVEF),Tmsvl6-SD?Tmsv6-SD?Tmsv16-Dif?Tmsv6-Dif were measured by real-time three-dimensional were assessed left ventricular systolic function changes in the experimental group and the control group after baseline,the first month,the sixth month.Results:In patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome,patients underwent emergency PCI.Compared with the intensive control group,the tissue Doppler echocardiography parameters:E/A value,E peak deceleration(DT)and cardiac work index(Tei index)were significantly different at 6 months after myocardial infarction(P<0.05),suggesting that Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction had significant improvement in left ventricular diastolic function in patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome Three-dimensional echocardiographic parameters:left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular three-dimensional diastolic spherical index(EDSI)and Tmsv16-SD,Tmsv6-SD,Tmsv16-Dif,Tmsv6-Dif had a significant difference(P<0.05)at 6 months after myocardial infarction,and the difference between the standard deviation and the maximum difference(P<0.05)Banxia Decoction on left ventricular systolic surgery,left ventricular systolic synchronization and left ventricular remodeling has improved significantly.Conclusion:Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction has a significant effect on left ventricular systolic function,diastolic function and left ventricular systolic synchrony in patients with phlegm-type myocardial infarction,and has a certain inhibitory effect on left ventricular remodeling.
