| Objective The research objective was to investigate the clinical features of psychiatric symptoms in Parkinson's disease of blood stasis and wind act,to observe the clinical curative effect of kangzhenzhijing capsule intervention on psychiatric symptoms in Parkinson's disease of blood stasis and wind act.Methed?Used Neuropsychiatric Inventory Questionnaire in the 10 areas(paranoia,anxiety,agitation,irritability / instability,hallucinations,dysphoria,apathy,emotion / euphoria,disinhibition,confusion of the action)to describe the mental disorder of PD patients.To observed the clinical features of 63 patients with mental disorder of PD of blood stasis and wind act.?63 cases of mental disorder in patients with blood stasis type pneumatic Parkinson according to random control principle,divided into the treatment group 32 cases and 31 cases in the control group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group received plus Kangzhenzhijing capsule treatment and quetiapine,The control group was treated with piribedil,Benserazide drugs plus quetiapine treatment,were treated for 8 weeks.The curative effects were observed respectively,two groups of NPI-Q total score,common mental disorders(depression,anxiety,apathy)score,UPDRS ? score,TCM syndrome score,while observing the homocysteine and Uric acid changes.Results?In the 63 PD patients of blood stasis and wind act,it was found that there is not only one kind of psychiatric symptoms,basically in 2 and above,and the mood disorders was the most common in mental disorder,including depression(46.0%),followed by apathy(42.9%),then there was anxiety(25.4%),the least were delusions(19.7%).?Finally,the treatment group and the control group of each 30 cases completed the study.Comparison of clinical efficacy of the two groups found that the total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group,while in the control group,the total effective rate was 66.7%.Ridit analysis by nonparametric test p<0.05.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of treatment group decreased obviously,(p<0.01);the control group had little change(p>0.05).In treatment group NPI-Q total score were decreased significantly(p<0.01);the scores of common mental disorders(depression,anxiety,apathy)were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.05).The control group in the NPI-Q total score,the scores of common mental disorders(depression,anxiety,apathy)did not change significantly(p>0.05).After treatment,the plasma homocysteine(Hcy)in the treatment group decreased(p<0.01),the control group had no change in plasma Hcy(p>0.05);there was no change in the level of uric acid(UA)in the two groups(p>0.05).Comparison of the two groups after treatment found that he plasma Hcy level in the treatment group was better than that in the treatment group(p<0.05).the comparison of the two groups found that the treatment group after treatment of UPDRS I score was lower than before treatment(p<0.05),there was no change in the control group before and after treatment(p>0.05),there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion?The most common symptoms of mental disorders in PD of blood stasis and wind act were depression;followed by apathy,delusions were the least;?PD patients of blood stasis and wind act with psychiatric symptoms were not single,with clustering and overlapping features of symptoms;?Kangzheng Zhijing Capsule combined with western medicine for the treatment of blood stasis and wind type PD mental disorder is better than pure western medicine treatment,it can improve psychiatric symptoms in PD patients of blood stasis and wind act. |
