| Objective: To investigate the characteristics of patients’ ECGs with left posterior fascicular ventricular tachycardia(LPFVT)during sinus rhythm(SR)before RFCA.Methods: This study selected the ECGs of 45 patients with symptomatic LPFVT during SR before RFCA,between 2007-01 and 2017-01,from the First Affiliated Hospital Of Guangxi Medical University.Forms and electrical axis of of QRS complex were all recorded and statistically analyzed. Results: Before RFCA,45 patients’(4 female;mean age 31±9 years)median of electrical axis was +79°(-90° ? +193°),during SR.Among them,23’s(51.11%)electrical axises were normal(+48°±35°),2(4.44%)presented left axis deviation, the electrical axis were-90°and-63°,19(42.22%)presented right axis deviation(+107°±20°),and just 1 presented extremely right axis deviation.7(15.56%)presented LPF block, and electrical axis varied from +93° to +133°.Other 38(84.44%)presented non-LPF block, and electrical axis varied from-90°to +86°.9(20%)presented RS morphology(amplitude of R wave was equivalent to S wave’s)in lead I among all the patients, electrical axises were all +90°.Conclusion: A part of patients with LPFVT present LPF block before RFCA during SR. |
